9 Guscio not well kept

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at this property before, even before it was noted to have been renovated/refreshed, and had a much better prior experience. The carpets and rugs were extremely dirty and stained, the outdoor areas were coated in dirt, sunscreen smears on exterior windows and walls of balconies and pet hair trapped in the dirt and grime collected on all the windows. The kitchen was poorly stocked in terms of available pans/utensils and the cupboards were filthy inside. Stains on ceiling of dining room appeared to be mold.Overall have enjoyed dealing with this rental company, but the house this time was just not well maintained at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to stay with Island Time again Katie. We're sorry to hear that this visit did not meet the expectations set by your previous stay. The cleanliness and maintenance concerns you've described are certainly not up to the standards we strive to provide. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will share your feedback with our housekeeping and property management teams for further review, including the ceiling stains and kitchen inventory. We truly value your continued trust in Island Time and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on your next visit to Hilton Head Island.

Family getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our experience. This was our first big family vacation, and this home offered a perfect location for both adults and kids. A couple of issues with the home were handled by the management company. These took away from our experience a bit but overall would recommend this home!

We have been vacationing on HHI for 20+ years. We now have 4 generations. This house provided everything we needed, beach access, roomy great room, and plenty of room for everyone. We have already booked for next year. I could not have asked for more in a beach house. Thanks so much for sharing your property.

Loved It

The property is beautiful and it was clean. We were well situated and loved being at the end of the street. Originally, we were informed there was no elevator there. But, thankfully that was wrong info, which helped greatly as we loaded items in and out. The coffee maker killed over on the 2nd day, but everyone was rescued by a trip to Dunkin. We would gladly stay there again for our Executive Team meetings.
