Perfectly situated, this 4-bedroom home is 1 block to the downtown Kroger, 1 block to a liquor store and 4 blocks to Savannah's historic Forsyth Park. This classic Victorian home was constructed in 1892 and retains much of the historic charm of the era, including 12-foot ceilings, 10-foot pocket doors, gorgeous crown molding, plantation shutters and more. Situated on a tree-lined, storybook street with brick sidewalks and Victorian architecture, this home is simply charming. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with a massive island, 4 finely furnished bedrooms, 3 full baths, beautiful custom art, and 2 desk areas for remote working. Decorative fireplaces abound, with one in practically every room of the house, including a working wood-burning fireplace in the living area for those few cool Savannah evenings.

Historic home was fabulous, total Savannah charm. Remember it’s historic:). Beds are comfortable. AC works great. Came with tp, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags etc. that was nice. Could stock more towels.

Beautiful home in close walking distance to Forsythe Park and breakfast locations. A short 10-15 min walk through quiet neighborhoods to get downtown. Tall ceilings, clean rooms, clean bathroom, well stocked with towels, linens, and simple kitchen needs. AC worked well, water was hot, pressure was good. Easy off street parking, nice enclosed back yard with privacy fencing and table to eat outside. Cute front porch on a very quiet road.

Really cute house. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are THICK. One person in our group actually bought a softer pillow while staying. We come to Savannah at least once a year and this was the first time we had a house with parking - what a difference!!There is a cat garden on the next block. A cute ginger cat came every morning and joined us for coffee on the back deck. He had his own chair and everything.

We got locked out while trying to check in. After calling the number given for an hour or two, they sent someone to remove the lock as it was broken. Besides having trouble getting ahold of management during this time, we had a wonderful stay. Perfect house and perfect location! Would rent again!

The Pink House is a lovely historic Victorian four blocks off Forsyth Park. Well appointed, cozy and comfortable. One of a beautiful row of “painted ladies”. Walkable to Mercer-Williams House and several Savannah Squares. Kroger is also only a few blocks away. Mary (property manager) is very responsive and accommodating. DOT and other transportation is a block away. If you want to feel like an old school local, this is the place to stay!

Loved this house so much!! The historic house added so much to our trip - so pretty & also comfortable. The bed in the master was amazing - so comfy! The neighborhood is adorable with all the historic homes. Walking distance to everything - a cute coffeehouse & Kroger are very close. Owner is very responsive & quick to answer questions. Instructions were very clear. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was as expected, and that's all we ever want. There was a small problem upon check in which is common in an historic home and the host had it solved within 15 minutes.

We came for a sister’s trip. We enjoyed our stay The house was clean and convenient to the historical district. If I would change anything it would be the lock on the front door could more secure but if this is a historical house that may not be feasible due to the authenticity of the property. The plumbing fixtures in the house did not work correctly in the 2 upstairs showers, the furniture in the dining room was so loose the table and chairs all rocked. pictures were a glamorized version of the house.

Amazing Home!
This was the perfect house! It was still walkable to the heart of downtown, but still had free street parking and a peaceful neighborhood! Decor and art was very cool and the beds were very cozy!

Great House for Girlfriends’ Weekend
The house was lovely and an easy walk into the historic district as well as restaurants and shopping. It was clean, nicely furnished, and appointed. I’d love to live there full time!

Very clean and well appointed. Quick response to questions. Comfortable rooms in a cozy neighborhood. Two covered parking spaces, about a 30 min walk to River street but plenty of places to eat close by. Picked up the hop on hop off trolley just a few blocks from the house. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks for the kind words! Just clarifying for future guests reading this I believe the writer of the review meant off-street parking spaces. They are not covered as in with a roof over them. They are covering 2 cars for private parking though!

Fun Family Girls weekend!
3 generations of girls took off on a road trip from TX and LOVED our stay in this adorable pink house. Rooms were nice, loved getting to stay in a piece of Savannah history.

This is a genuine historic house built 130 years ago. The original heart of pine floors and many other details are intact and preserved. This block of Downtown Savannah is incredibly charming and feels like a cozy neighborhood.

The downstairs bedroom has a large "Daybed" so it can function as a 2nd living room or be closed completely by its original pocket doors for privacy for the guests using that room. The main floor full bathroom is off the hallway easily accessible.
