Thank you so much, Carol, for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the pool—keeping it clean and at the perfect temperature is something we take pride in, so your feedback means a lot. We also love that the pool’s location right off the back door and near the porch made your stay even more relaxing and convenient. That indoor-outdoor flow is one of our favorite features too! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re planning another trip to Scottsdale. Warm regards, Scottsdale Stays

Edin, We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we do believe some important context is missing from your review. Our local service team made multiple visits during your stay to address concerns and assist your group, including personally showing you how to operate the hot water in the primary shower. Our estates are professionally maintained, and occasional equipment issues can happen. We made efforts to resolve the pool and spa heating concerns as quickly as possible. We host thousands of guests annually, most travel extensively and regularly choose our multimillion-dollar luxury estates over traditional hotel accommodations. The overwhelming majority (95%) leave five-star reviews and appreciate the level of space, amenities, and value we provide. We recognize that our accommodations and service approach may not be the right fit for every traveler. Based on this experience, we would respectfully suggest choosing other accommodations for future visits rather than booking any of our 14 luxury estates. We wish you the best in your future travels. Robin ScottsdaleStays

Truly appreciate the 5 star review and glad the huge estate could easily handle 30 guest. All for about the same nightly rate of a couple of comparable resort hotel rooms in this very expensive area and absolutely no privacy like we can offer. Please join again in any of the dozen high capacity estates we own in the area. Thanks again!! PS pool vacuum is on a timer and runs about 4 hours a day. All Outdoor pools require skimming every time you use them with the net we provide. Scottsdalestays

Jimmy, thanks for being such great normal guests, enjoying the spacious home on huge estate and THE 5 STAR REVIEW. Love to have you back to any of the 14 estates we own in the valley. Scottsdalestays

Hi Patrick, Thank you for the thoughtful review—we’re glad you and your group enjoyed the space, layout, and outdoor amenities. It’s great to hear the home worked well for hosting and entertaining. We do want to acknowledge the pool issue you experienced. The pump began underperforming during your stay, and while our team addressed it as quickly as possible, we understand it impacted the pool temperature more than expected. That’s not the standard we aim for, and the system has since been fully repaired. We appreciate your recommendation and would love the opportunity to host you again with everything operating at 100%. – ScottsdaleStays

Hi Robert, Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the backyard, location, and overall space of the estate. For clarity, all property details—including bathroom count, spa size, and optional pool heating—are fully outlined in the listing prior to booking. These features are consistent with comparable large estates in Scottsdale. The pickleball court is frequently used and enjoyed by guests, though we understand preferences can vary. We wish you the best in finding accommodations that better match your group’s specific needs in the future. ScottsdaleStays
