Clean, modern and comfortable

This unit was perfect for our trip with 2 bedrooms and full baths. All furnishings were new and modern. The host provided all toiletries and cleaning supplies. Host checked in and was easy to reach. Great location, close to everything Nashville has to offer. Only recommendation would be adding black out blinds in the bedrooms. The apartment is close to the highway. Highly recommend this rental.

Pros: this property is in a good central location, about 5-8 minutes from Broadway via Uber. The pool is really nice and the living room and kitchen were spacious. Cons: I reached out to the owner when we arrived because when we entered the condo, there was a broken sofa chair broken and leaned against the wall in the living room. Also, someone was parked in our designated space. Nothing was ever done about the vehicle our entire stay and we were told to park on the road.The dishwasher was full of dishes, the ice maker was broken, there was no bathroom mat in the bathroom so we had to put towels down or have the floor be soaked with water, there were random sugar ants found throughout the apartment, there was candy stuck in the carpet, and broken/damaged furniture throughout the condo. There were two small rolls of toilet paper for four people for four days. I contacted the owner for more toilet paper and they sent us paper towels - eek. There were no stores close by and I’ve never stayed at a VRBO where not enough toilet paper was supplied. Hopefully, we will fix these issues for future guests. I loved Nashville, the pool, and the proximity to activities, but I would not stay here again.

Great location, and perfect amount of space

Great location being about 1 mile from Broadway, and easy to park. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. All of the beds were super comfy with nice bedding as well. The kitchen and great room were excellent for our group. It’s near the highway but you can’t even hear it when you’re inside the unit. And it was an easy Uber ride to Broadway.

Great Place and Great Location!

We had a girls trip to Nashville and this condo was perfect for us. The condo was clean and in a good, safe location. We were able to scooter ride almost every where and often found a couple right outside the condo complex. Pool area was wonderful and sunny. I communicated back and forth with Alex and Alex was very responsive and great to work with on things. We would definitely rent this place again.

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay, the location is very handy to downtown & the gulch. A nice walk or short Uber ride. The unit is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable & the towels were luxurious. The pool towels were a nice bonus. Room darkening drapes or shades, and a dresser or some shelves in the bedrooms would be nice (there is plenty of room!). We had planned to eat in most of the time, which is one reason we chose a unit like this, as opposed to a hotel room. The unit has a Keurig & plenty of pods. There was plenty of cutlery (although I didn't see any specifically for children), and there were plenty of plates & glasses. There were pots & pans, but nothing to use in the oven. There is also nothing for leftovers, no containers, plastic wrap or foil (just be prepared). It also states that there will be liners for the trash, but we had 1 for the 5 days we were there. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it.

This property was perfect! Access directions were easy, it was a 7 minute Uber to Broadway, the pool area is beautiful, and the unit itself was clean and very nicely decorated and it was a nice area to walk. We would highly recommend this property.

Condo accommodations

We loved the condo-i-the decor. Beds were super comfortable, sheets and towels were of optimal quality, cleanness. And spacious The manager addressed all of our requests promptly and provided us with suggestions when asked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also, was a short Uber ride away from downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Great space!

Good area, clean property, easy access! Nice to have a kitchen to use. It would be nice to have an option of room darkening shades in the bedrooms...the living room was darker than both bedrooms when the shades were pulled. Overall, great!!
