2 Bedroom 1 Bath Renovated Beach Home located only a few houses from the Sand on 41st St. This conveniently located upper-level home comes with garage parking, a Balcony/Deck with BBQ, an outdoor dining table, and more!
Our home includes a Smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, In-home Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.
Our home is one of two units in a two-unit building.
Our home is located on the 2nd floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a Kitchen with everything you need, Balcony/Deck with BBQ and dining table, as well as private laundry located in the garage.
Bedroom 1 - (1) Queen-sized bed with Adjacent Hallway Bath (shower)
Bedroom 2 - (1) Bunk bed (Queen & Single) with Adjacent Hallway Bath (shower)
Some added amenities are our full-sized washer and dryer located in the garage for easy use.
HOME LOCATION
Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
-This property is a DUPLEX. There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit in the front of the building on the lower level who you will be asked to share the city trash cans with. (This is the only home amenity which you share)
-Convection Oven Only
- Guest will be required to ascend a full staircase to access this property.
- You are provided with (1) Garage Parking Spot. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not permitted. Garage Measurements are: 102w x 80h x 165 deep.
