Over 800sqft Rooftop with stunning views day & night of the Nashville skyline. Enjoy fun and games at your rooftop bar, watching the big screen tv, playing Corn Hole, Giant Checkers, Ping Pong and more! The sunsets are simply incredible.

The converted garage features a pool table, plenty of seating, ambient lighting & a flat screen TV.

Just mins from East Nashville Bars & Restaurants. 10 Minute Uber from the Downtown Honky Tonks!

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an amazing kitchen with island seating for 4 people & everything you need for cooking including gas cooktop & griddle, this home will not disappoint.

This musically themed property showcases incredible custom decorations, desk seating, a stunning mural of Tim & Faith performing together, and even recording equipment that can be rented for a nominal fee should you find yourself visiting Nashville to write songs with friends!

With so much to do within the home and an abundance of beds to accommodate your group, it`s time to enjoy your stay not just while out sight seeing but when you get home and kick your shoes off too...

It`s always nice to break down the bedding arrangement to make it easier to understand what the property holds, so here it is:

Located minutes from all of East Nashville’s hot spots and just a 10 minute Uber from Downtown Nashville, the location is just perfect for your base while enjoying everything Music City has to offer.

`Tim & Faith`s Rooftop` is a new construction property as of late 2021. Be sure to see the reviews on our other homes while we build our guest and fan base for this little beauty!

With the garage converted to our feature games room, parking is limited to approximately 14 guest spots for the entire 50 home community and on street parking on Cherokee is also limited . Parking is also prohibited in front of the garages. Violators may be towed. Please consider traveling to and from the airport with ride share such as Uber & Lyft.

Our hope is you choose to stay with us on your first visit to Nashville and then we become the ‘go to’ place to re-book for all your future trips!

The owner is willing to consider pets on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Please inquire with us about the additional fee and approval if you are considering traveling with your furry friends.

Johnny, I just want to let you know that two tubs did not drain well. The one on the lower level and the one on the top level on the right. Also there is a board on the rooftop deck that is raised and it is a tripping hazard. Also there were some ants in the bathroom on the lower level and the bathroom on the top level on the left. These are not by any means a complaint just wanted to let you know.Our overall experience was awesome. Location was amazing to the stadium and Broadway. Thank you for letting us stay at this amazing house.Tim

The house was exactly as listed. It was great for our guys trip to Nashville. I gave a 3/5 rating due to the amount of break ins of vehicles while we were staying. Our vehicle was also broke into the last night of our trip. Lots of police presence and thefts still happening. House was great, just wish the neighborhood was better. I wouldn’t stay again just due to the neighborhood and safety.

Never been to Nashville CANNOT WAIT to rebook this property

This location was amazing. I have been to many other properties and had to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc so i was prepared but didnt even have to pull out my stash.. they even had coffee which was a plus. The host was execellent in comminicating with me through the entire process. It was vert clean and had everything we need plus some. We absolutely loved the rooftop and garage. GREAT ASSETS TO OUR ENTERTAINMENT. This location was centralized for everything we wanted to do. PICKING THIS LOCATIION DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

Another Great Nashville Trip

The property lived up to everything it looked like on the listing. We had a great stay with great friends at this place. Easy access to downtown and the rest of the city. Everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

Very nice vrbo Sunday through Thursday. Friday Saturday became a nightmare with parking and NOISE

We love the house. Couple of things. No cleaning products available. County sweep up or wipe off counters. Has fur rugs everywhere so you will be covered in white fur all over your clothes. Bath mats are fur also. So they don’t dry easy. Living room furniture is very cheap. We didn’t use the couch because the legs are not really attached. We don’t carry a tool bag on vacation. We stayed Sunday through Saturday. Plenty of space to park, very quiet. On Friday it became a mess. Everyone parked wherever. Even in front of the garages. Had to chase down people to move their cars to get in and out. It was extremely loud at night with all the partying going on all hours of the night.
