The nearest supermarket is 1.5km away, 2-3 minutes by car, as is the pretty little port of Lomener where there are a few restaurants and creperies.
Surf spots are 10 minutes away by car.
You can also play golf (5 minutes by car) or visit the Laïta estuary on foot or by paddle (15 minutes by car).
The GR34 is also close to the house

Ploemeur is a vibrant coastal town about 10 minutes drive from Lorient, where the inter-Celtic festival is played in August.
