The Opal-1609 Coastal Highway unit S403 - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Plan your family vacation now at this lovely Dewey Beach condo! The Opal S403 unit is a 2 bedroom, fourth floor condo conveniently located on Coastal Highway (Route 1) for quick access to the surrounding area. Head north to explore historic Lewes, or play games at Funland on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Continue south to check out Delaware Seashore State Park along the coast south of Dewey, or cross the Indian River Inlet Bridge to see the quaint town of Bethany. Stay in Dewey and walk the 1.25 blocks to the beach there, or head towards the bay and take advantage of the playground at the end of McKinley Street. This is a non smoking unit. The building does have an elevator.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $160.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. A great little getaway with perfect location!

We had a great time and it was wonderful place. We even misplaced our key and Joseph ran to our rescue immediately! :)

Great location but could use a refresh!

You are definitely paying for location with this condo. Close to everything and easily walkable! So many great restaurants, easy walk to the beach or the bay. Swimming pool was also a great addition along with having an elevator. Kitchen was well stocked but the drawback to this condo is the furniture. The couch was horribly uncomfortable, beaten down and dilapidated. It should not be listed as another sleeping option for guests. There were also no other comfortable places to sit in the condo other than hard wooden chairs. The bedroom mattresses were also very hard and uncomfortable. Overall as far as cleanliness, the condo seemed ok but overall worn out as far as paint and having very dirty baseboards, especially in the bathrooms. It needs an overall refresh and then with this location it could be 5 stars! Working with Coldwell Banker was great, they were very responsive when we needed them!

Can’t beat this location! Was awesome to be able to easily stop back at the condo throughout the day. Condo was nice and had what we needed. Didn’t end up using the pool, but it looked nice. We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids) and didn’t feel too crammed. Laundry in the unit was a HUGE plus!

Great property. In the heart of Dewey Beach where I could walk to everything. Nice vice of the pool which was just across McKinley. One block to the beach. Convenient parking. Owner takes excellent care of the property. I will go back!

Annual Dewey Beach Vacation

This condo is in a great location - close to the beach and all the restaurants. The condo was spotless; the kitchen is well stocked. Any questions we had were promptly answered. As Phillies fans, we loved the cable TV package because we could get all the games! Added bonus.

Great location

Place is very nice. Beds are both queens. It would be nice if one room has two twin beds. Or bunk beds. Parking spaces for units were under construction and parking was hard to find during busy 4th of July week which was inconvenient . Other then that it’s a great condo

We loved the location, the cleanliness of the unit, and the parking for this unit in Dewey Beach. The pool was also clean and a nice option when we were ready for a beach alternative. The beach was close by and an easy walk, the restaurants were easy walking distance, and I rode a bike most mornings to Rehoboth - just a couple miles away with a bike lane the whole way. Despite the amount of traffic and people, the place was quiet. Here are the drawbacks and the reasons for the lower rating. 1. Every piece of furniture meant for people to sit or lay down on was uncomfortable in this unit. Though everything was clean, the beds were hard, the couch was very low to the floor, old, beaten down, and the couch bed was laughably malformed. The 2 chairs were wood with a small cushion. None of it was comfortable. A whole week of this was more exhausting than it needed to be. Our backs and hips hurt the whole week, young or old. 2. Communication - there was a lack of communication between the realtor and us. We received parking spot assignment numbers that were wrong, and when we tried to call the "emergency line" at around 6PM when we arrived, the person didn't know what to do, said she'd call back, and never did. We were left with having to figure out where to park and hope we didn't get towed for being in the wrong spot. Someone did finally call the next morning after we successfully figured it out, and said we could've called her cell number, but we scoured the paperwork and found no cell number.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived about 330pm, the cleaning crew was still onsite and finishing their job.The enter condo was still filthy with dirt on all baseboards, walls marked up. The parking was incredibly horrible due to construction on the parking facility.Nails, screws scattered across the lot, very unsafe.
