If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience so suggestions are welcome!

*This 11th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun offers endless views of the Emerald Coast from the living space, the master bedroom, and the oversized balcony.
*In early 2022, the property received some new furniture, new mattresses, new paint, and new Smart TVs!
*Dedicated Parking Space in the "Owner's Garage" under the building - very convenient!
*The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - FULLY STOCKED with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
*The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views!
*The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
*Adjacent to the living room, the Primary bedroom is bright and beachy with a king bed with a new award-winning Helix mattress and adjustable base (2024), smart TV, large closet, and bathroom with dual vanity and a brand new walk in shower
*Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay.
*The guest bedroom has bunk beds with a Queen below and a Twin XL on top, SMART TV, private closet, and private bathroom.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 7):

-Master Bedroom: KING Bed, Private Bathroom with NEW Walk in Shower (sleeps 2)
-Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed + XL Twin bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub (sleeps 3)
-Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

*Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort with an 18 hole golf course, tennis facility, and 2000' of beach front.
*Many restaurants within walking distance including:
-Cabana Cafe (Open Late!), Royal Palm Grille, Whale's Tail, Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's
-Seascape Town Center: 2 Birds Cafe, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag
*Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles away and has loads of shopping and dining

☆☆ OTHER INFO AND RULES ☆☆
✹ NO SMOKING
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
✹ Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine structural and building inspections.

• One travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, toothpaste, mouth wash, amenity kit
• 3 rolls of toilet paper
• Hair dryer

For beach gear, we provide:
• 4 folding, backpack beach chairs
• 6 beach towels
• Beach Wagon
• A few beach toys
• 7 foot umbrella
• Small beach bag
