You will appreciate its pleasant setting and its outdoor spaces, with its main asset: the swimming pool! Open from 1st May to 14th September, it will allow you to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time. And to vary the pleasures and swimming, the beach is less than 300 metres away!

You will also have a garden with a furnished terrace for your outdoor meals, a barbecue for those with a sweet tooth and a hammock ideal for moments of relaxation and afternoon naps in the sun. The house has everything you need to spend wonderful moments and fully enjoy a successful holiday on the coast.



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the kitchen as the entrance is through it. Fully equipped, you will find everything you need for cooking, as well as an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. Subsequently, you will access the lounge area with the sofa and television. Just next to it is the dining room with its welcoming table.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/190) with a single bed above (90/190)

Bedroom 2: has a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children

Bedroom 3: has a double bed (140/190) overlooking the terrace

Bedroom 4: has a queen size bed (160/200)

The bedding is brand new



You will have 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer; an outdoor beach shower is available outside.

For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are available.



To park, you can park in free spaces on the street.
