The location of this beach house is superb! The views are incredible - whether it was the stillness of the early morning hours, the boating activities during midday or watching the sunset each night. The Arakelian Family made you feel at home. This was apparent by the cleanliness of the home, along with the amenities they chose for their guests. (I loved the fact that I didn’t have to provide any of the bedding or towels during my stay.)They were also quick and responsive with any of my emails. I highly recommend “Beauty On The Bay” for your next family retreat!

We will be back!

We had such an amazing time at this property. The location was absolutely perfect for our family. You can’t beat the view from the dock every morning and evening. The house has everything you need - beach chairs, tons of shower towels, plenty of seating inside and outside for large groups. Owners are very responsive which is also a plus. We will definitely be back next summer!

House was nice.. clean, well, stocked. Loved that they supplied sheets and towels.. Location was beautiful. Host was great. Answered questions quickly. Another perk. Walking distance to boardwalk. A great wk.

Perfect Vacation Incredible Bay Front Location

Impeccable hosts- the most responsive I’ve encountered! The home has been updated throughout and has the most incredible view of the bay in the best location. you literally feel like you are on a boat when you are in the living room, dining room, or bedrooms upstairs. We didn’t want to leave. The Home is in walking distance, just a few blocks from the 7-Eleven, deli, surf shop, farmers markets, and so much more. Maybe four blocks or so to the beach and boardwalk- an easy walk or super quick drive with tons of available parking. It’s just the perfect location for everything and such a wonderful home.

Beauty on the Bay

The property was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. We had a great time. It was everything that we thought it was gonna be I would definitely stay again.

Bay, Beach and Boardwalk

Travelling with family, all different ages. Early risers have a great walk on boardwalk. Smallers ones get up and play in the bay. The bay is so handy. We needed a few more empty chip containers to look at all the sea life. We learned you have to seperate minnows and crabs : /. We rented Kayaks for the week. Nothing better than hoping on the bay. Headed to beach. A quick change and headed to boardwalk for rides and amusements. Just a great week. So close to everything. Neighbors were great also. Very friendly to renters. Nice community block in Seaside Park.

Bigger than expected

This was our first time renting in Seaside and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We could have fit many more as there was so much room and plenty of beds. Location on the bay was so nice and quiet and everyone around us was so helpful and friendly. Only downside was the walk to the beach (not bad but would have liked to be closer) and the AC in the bedrooms was so loud. Otherwise I'd recommend it.

Wonderful vacation! Amazing home and location!

Our week here was just too short! We were only a few days in and we all said we wanted to do two weeks next year. The home is perfect, beyond clean, with all of the things you need to relax and enjoy. You can’t beat this location! One of only a handful of homes on the larger bay, nice breezes, and lots to do nearby. Only a short walk or bike ride to the beach! The hosts were incredibly responsive, and kind, a perfect combination! We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for a great week!

So sad to leave......

We had a great week! Usually on beach we weren't sure what to expect. The bay was amazing. It opened up all new activities that were great! Kids hopped in Rented Kayaks whenever they wanted. We walked to boatdwalk a few times. 711 super convenient. The house had a great puzzle table. Memories for a lifetime. Just one complaint, the time went too fast. That can't be helped the sign of a great time!

Amazing location and house

This property is the whole package for families. The layout of the house is perfect 🤩. There is one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. My husband and I stayed downstairs which gave us some privacy from the kids. When we were looking for a vacation home we knew we didn’t want to be near the craziness of the boardwalk, and this house was perfect for that. We were able to go to the beach daily ($1 an hour parking , but you can easily walk there too). When back at the house the kids were able to enjoy the bay. We rented paddle boards and khakis for the week. The house itself was very clean and had everything we could need for vacation. The board walk was an easy 5 min drive. The older kids were able to bike there. This is a perfect home for a family vacation.

So Relaxing

There’s just something about waking up on the water. Looking outside and seeing the sky lightening as the moon is still reflecting on the bay. Taking a Stand Up Paddleboard out in the water as the sun rises. Everything about this house and trip was perfect. The house is huge with plenty of room for my family, the beach is a short walk and the bay just calls to you anytime you look outside. The neighborhood is quiet but so close to seaside park (try the salsa at beach taco). If you want a place to go to just forget all your stresses and have the only distraction be the seagulls this is your place. If you want a lively boardwalk adventure, this is also your place. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
