Drive down the beautiful private wooded driveway to sweeping views of the York River, two shingled small barns/garages & gardens, and Dabney House, a beautifully updated 1904 luxury Farmhouse. A newly completed resort-like salt water heated pool with hot tub on the side front lawn is waiting for you to come relax and have fun. New gardens and stone terrace surrounding the pool. A basketball hoop to use off of the driveway and access to fish or launch kayaks off the deep water dock.

Walk onto the covered porch in through the front door, where breathtaking foyer/entryway welcomes you. Plenty of space to store items from a day at the beach or shopping (and all your worries). A sitting area and half bath are to the right, and to the left is a closet, shoe storage, and stairs to Bedroom #2 king suite.

As you walk through to the kitchen/dining area, the fully equipped bar is to the right, with sink and Ice Machine. To the left is the pantry with storage, sink, and 2 freezer drawers for overflow frozen items/treats.

The open Chef's kitchen and dining area offers seamless cooking & entertaining space for 14+ guests with water views on both sides of areas.
The Kitchen is completely outfitted with all your needs, 2 Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf full size double oven with 6 burners and griddle, dishwasher, microwave, and a plumbed in Bosch coffee/espresso maker.
There are two pantries, food pantry is to the right of the kitchen, which also houses the coffee maker, the storage pantry is a walk-in area to the left of the kitchen, with sink and 2 freezer drawers, Laundry is next to it.
There is a beautiful porch with round dining table and chairs off of the kitchen overlooking the pool/hot tub area and river.

There is a dedicated office space off of the kitchen which has an ornamental fireplace, and views of the river and pool/hot tub area.

The beautiful open living room area has comfy seating for everyone, with 3 oversized couches and chairs, a wood burning fireplace, piano, and TV. Amazing views of the river no matter where you sit. There are French doors that lead out to a stone terrace, and 2 more sets of French doors that lead to the outdoor covered front porch with heat, comfy seating and outdoor dining area.

First Floor:
Bedroom #1 - Primary king suite is located down a hallway next to kitchen/pantry. Ornamental fireplace. Second Floor on Riverfront:
Bedroom #3 - 2 Single beds suite. Views of pool area and river. Double sink vanity, linen closet, large walk-in closet off of ensuite bathroom, gorgeous tile shower.

Bedroom #4 - King bedroom on front of the house with 180 degrees of river views. Private balcony. This bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom #3. This set up makes a perfect family suite with bedroom #3.

Third Floor on Riverfront:
(All Bedrooms share a full bath on 3rd Floor)
Bedroom #5 - River views from all the windows in this bedroom. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds.

Bedroom #6 - 2 single beds in a nautically themed room. River views from all windows in this bedroom.
