Hike or bike trails at Mary Jane Thurston Park, view Providence Dam, tour Ludwig Mill, take a boat ride on the Erie Canal. Visit the historic town of Grand Rapids, Ohio, enjoy casual or fine dining, a pizza with the family, and, of course, ice cream! Visit shops, including several antique shops, holistic and craft shops, "The Dam Gift shop," local wineries, take the kids to the play ground, hear local musicians and attend annual festivals. You'll inevitably catch a glimpse of Bald Eagles, Blue Herons, cranes, loons and jumping fish. Farmer Brett is right down the road for local produce.
