This clean and cozy cottage is very close to the YMCA of the Rockies and the entrance to RMNP. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people (max). Tight bathroom but worked for us. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchenette.

The cabin was exactly as described. It was small and rustic, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable 5 night stay. The bathroom was very, very small, but I made it work. My only complaint was that the neighbor across the fence behind the cabin played talk radio on an outside speaker all night. As far as I could tell it must have been on a timer as I never saw an one on the property, It would start at approximately 7 or 8 every evening and would still be on when I left between 5 and 5:30 every morning. It would always be off when I return in late morning or early afternoon. It wasn't real loud, just loud enough to prevent me from sitting outside in the evening. In addition, I could also hear the soft mumbling of voices from the the radio inside the cabin when I didn't have the TV on. It was just loud enough to be annoying. I would consider staying in one of these cabins again, but not in this unit!!!

Great little cabin close to all of the great features of Estes

It was a great stay, the cabin was well kept, close to all the of hikes abd restaurants I wanted to go to and the cabin was equipped with everything I needed

Great lil Cabin

It was a beautiful stay!! There were so many cool creatures that were hanging out around us, and it was the perfect distance from town!! We had a great time. Perfect little spot for two.

Beautiful, cozy cabin!

The triple R cabins are located in a beautiful spot just outside of town and within minutes of the gate to Rocky Mountain national Park. This cabin is super cozy and has just enough for a wonderful escape from city life for a weekend of R&R. I had just the most wonderful weekend.

Comfy getaway

Cozy and comfortable little cabin. Towels and bedding were great quality. Minutes away from downtown, shops, and restaurants. Wonderful mountain views. Overall a great experience.

Stunning

We enjoyed all the wildlife that joined us in the morning. Elk, deer, turkeys, etc. The cabin was small, but so clean and homey. We absolutely loved every bit about our stay!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cute, but very small, especially the bathroom. Would not recommend for a larger person. But overall, it was a nice stay and just what we needed for a couple of nights.

Cozy cottage

The cottage was small but exactly as described. Lee was great to work with. I would strongly recommend this property for 1-2 people who are wanting easy access to both RMNP and Estes Park.

Great Little Place

Clean, Cozy with all the amenities we needed. Wildlife everywhere. Deer and wild turkeys passing right next to the cabin as we sat inside and watched the snow gently falling. Thanks for the hospitality and great service.

clean and convenient cottage

The cottage is small and basic, but clean and convenient. The communication with the managers was good and the check in process easy. The noise from the road near-by can be heard, but it quiet down at night. Overall, a very good stay
