Slip into your swimsuit and head straight for the beach or the complex pool, just below. This condo is dog-friendly as well, so if you’ve brought the family pup, take her for a stroll on the sand.

After you’re sufficiently sun-soaked, return to your comfy condo to relax in the central AC, or grab a frosty beverage and step out on the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. At dinnertime, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and ample counter space to whip up a meal. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem – there are plentiful dinner options just across Perdido Beach Blvd. At the end of the night, grab a spot on the sofa and watch a little TV before drifting off to dream of another perfect vacation day tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW
This building is quipped with an elevator.
There are limited parking spaces. If there are no parking spots when you arrive, please park across the street at the Fairfield Inn. You will need to go to the front desk; there is a fee to park at the hotel. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Fair unit

I knew I was renting older unit. Refrigerator didn’t work for over 3 days. I had to text every day to remind them about the refrigerator. We didn’t get to check in at 4, was closer to 5 because the unit wasn’t ready. It was nice to be beachfront, wish owners would update appliances.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visited our family and ate some good seafood.

We loved being on the beach! The pool was nice also. The condo needs updating, some minor repairs, deep cleaning of the furniture and secure safety items and conveniences in the bathrooms. Otherwise, it was okay.

Great location but….on arrival for our 6 night stay we discovered that the refrigerator was not w...

Texted and call Vacasa immediately and was told that the local team would come take care of the issue promptly in the morning as it was a holiday. I phoned and texted Tuesday and Wednesday and got lied to each time. No one ever responded to the issue. So having just brought several hundred dollars of groceries I had to go across the street to Walmart to buy a cooler and ice. But wait there’s more 2 of the 4 burners on the stove don’t work and the place needs some fresh paint and TLC. Great water front condo but in need of repairs. I don’t appreciate not being followed up with by the National and local Vacasa teams monumental failure. 1/10 do not recommend

Beach Vacation

Had a great time. Seafood restaurants within minutes. This is an older unit so if you're looking for brand new appliances, etc. you many not like this unit. It was fine for us.

Roaches and worn down

Upon entry I found 5 roaches in the kitchen not completely dead. There was a handy can of roach spray on top the fridge. Each morning be prepared to sweep the overnight visitors. Frequently spotted alive bugs. The actual condition of the walls and baseboards have not been painted since built. Pictures are deceiving for sure. Closet door wouldn’t open. Ice maker broken and running toilet in the entry. I fixed. Did not sit on the sofa without covering it first. The most disconcerting item was the security lock completely broken. Lamps in master didn’t work. Seems to be electric on that wall. Needless to say don’t let the discount price fool you. Only pros ocean view, cold ac and fridge. I didn’t use anything in the kitchen. Recommend washing before use.

Beachfront Balcony living space

our beachfront apartment had everything we needed. We loved eating out on the balcony and even slept out to hear the waves all night.

Nice and quiet

Fun in the sun!

The proximity to the beach was awesome. The view from the balcony couldn’t be beat. The condo was stocked with every thing we need to cook a couple of great meals. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, this was one of the best vacations we have had!

Pros and Cons

Pros- I loved the bottom closed in balcony. I didn’t have to worry about my puppy going through the rails. Balcony very safe for your dogs. Cons- Washer and Dryer out of order. Not very clean. Sand everywhere even in the sheets.

Silver Beach 403

Very disappointed in the condition of the condo. Stayed at the same complex last year and the unit was much nicer. For the second year in a row at this complex I don't think we had a single day that both elevators were working at the same time. When we arrived with our groceries for the week the refrigerator wasn't working. Property management was responsive and we got the fridge/freezer working again but it took about 12 hours for the fridge to cool down to operating temperature. The furniture in the unit is old, stained, and disgusting. We immediately went out and bought sheets to cover the couch and chairs. Mattresses are sagging and uncomfortable. Half of the outlets don't work and when I plugged my phone charger into the outlet next to the bed it tripped the breaker. The clothes dryer is ridiculously loud and essentially useless. DO NOT try to do laundry the morning you leave b/c it took more than 6 hours for about half a load to dry. Also, a 10-digit door code is obnoxious. I don't have room in my brain to memorize that.

Terrible experience and even worse property management

Location good. Parking good. One slow elevator for an 8 story condo building unacceptable. As for unit, great ocean view, large balcony, and spacious are the only good things. Unit had plenty of sand on floor and stained furniture when we checked in. With 30 mins of our check-in, I was almost was hit by a full glass closet door and found out the master bath toilet had issues. It was not anchored to the floor (easy to move) and the water line in tank not hooked up and chain too long that it caught on flapper when flushed. We were there 9 days and repeatedly complained and asked about toilet repairs, and we were told by Vacasa that there was update. Master bedroom tv screen broken (found out 1st night when tried to watch tv at bedtime), and it took 3 days to address this. Lastly, I did laundry a few days before checkout only to find the dryer didn't work. The dryer just got really hot while not drying at all so no moisture removed. I would advise Vacasa to actually address issues like a broken toilet. Thankfully the unit had 2 bathrooms so that we had a safe toilet to use. Vacation was great .. just not this unit nor the unit's property management. I left a long review thru Vacasa site also a week ago, but for aome reason, it still has not been posted.
