This large 85 m² house, furnished for 4/5 people, comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom (double bed), a veranda opening onto the garden, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine and another bedroom (double bed). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Leisure facilities include a flat-screen TV, veranda, garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of the house. Pets are not allowed.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €400 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.

OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
