I'm most impressed by the property management process. We did have an issue with the door lock, and when we called, there was a human who walked me through it immediately. Super impressed by the whole process. Property was great, too. Pool was exactly as advertised, and the kids LOVED it.

We loved the place location and house. Our only complaint is there weren’t any sharp knives or a pizza cutter we would book again 100%.

Had a Great Stay!

Short walk to the beach, not in the center of all the tourist attractions in PCB. The small pool was perfect for my two school aged daughters and I. Very close to Publix, short walk to Dunkin Donuts. The house was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home!

The house was beautiful and clean. Very modern house. Great family vacation home. Beautiful pool(very clean). 5 min walk to the beach. I would definitely rent this house again!

Awesome little getaway

Renting this house out was perfect! It was walking distance to the beach and wedged in the middle of rosemary and Pcb! We picked this particular house for the pool and unfortunately the heating wasn’t working. But the house itself was so nice we weren’t too bummed. I’d definitely come back and stay here again. 10/10

Decieving

Listing was decieving. It insinuates that the Golf cart is included in the rental, but it is not. Pool was full of pine needles and leaves. The skimmer was broken. The umbrellas by the pool were broken

The listing clearly states, "* 6-Seater Golf Cart (add'l $75/nt)" We apologize if the pool wasn't as clean as it should have been and the umbrellas were not working properly. If you had let us know during your stay, we could have sent maintenance to fix them. We hope that you were able to enjoy some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

On our first day there, we went grocery shopping. As soon as we got back to the house the refrigerator broke. We had about $160 worth of groceries that we lost. We immediately called the property manager 24 hour line. They had someone come out 3 hours after we called at 10:00 night. They brought dry ice for the food but at this point the food had gone bad. The next day we kept waiting for someone to call us about a replacement fridge. No one contacted us. We did go out that day and when we returned they had brought us a replacement refrigerator but they put it in the dining room, so there was no water line to makeIce or get water. The fridge was filthy, we had to go grocery shopping again and had to clean the fridge before putting our food in there. Also, when we returned to the house one of the maintenance men was urinating on the side of the house. I did call the managers office and let them know of this as well. We could not get anyone to call us back about compensating us for the lost food. They would text me and they said that the manager themselves would not be contacting us. We took this vacation to celebrate a very tough year. My wife won her battle against cancer, we were so excited. We still had a nice time and made the best of it but the customer service we received was horrible. RealJoy had reached out saying that they wanted to do something nice for my wife but once we had contacted them about the fridge no one did anything for her.DoNOTstayHERE
