This 1 bedroom/2 baths 7th floor Celadon Beach Resort condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a spacious living area and private balcony with a panoramic views of the Gulf. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. This unit comes with free beach chairs service (available seasonally from March to October).

I stayed here with my two daughters for our annual girls trip. We loved the easy beach access and the many good options nearby. A great, more quiet option if you are trying to avoid big crowds.

This was my second stay at this unit. Host communication was excellent. Unit is as pictured. Beautiful view from the balcony. Love the quieter west end yet still close enough to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property in a quiet area of PCB. Constant cleaning and upkeep happening at the property. Immaculate condition both on the property and the condo itself. The condo was fully stocked with necessities and the view was amazing! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we even got 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella daily for our stay. We will definitely be visiting again.

It’s honestly a great little unit. Refrigerator interferes with the oven door opening fully which makes it difficult to place and get out anything without burning yourself. Couple other unexplainable mechanical things but they self corrected. Outstanding communication with the owner. Flawless early check in was offered and we greatly enjoyed the stay and would again.

Beautiful little condo. The sofa bed wasn’t great however all the bed mattresses and pillows were comfy. Beautiful views from the Balcony. Being one of the first resorts on the road, the beach seemed more private, was way less crowded. FREE beach service was a major PLUS! The living room area was very comfy as well. Will definitely return. The HOST responds quickly also (for any questions). OH they have beach toys, pails/buckets, beach towels, and a few beach chairs and camping chairs. You might want to bring spare toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. Very well stocked kitchen appliances. Pots and pans are a bit dated, but otherwise functional.

Perfect, quiet spot right on the beach with plenty of beach towels & toys in unit. Surprised that they provided extra toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry/dish pods to get us through first several days. Fully stocked kitchen. Two pools & hot tubs on property.

Pros: Beautiful view Good location-- right on the beachEasy access with covered parkingEnclosed, air conditioned walkway from parking garage to condosCons: Floors weren't clean. Black mold in bathroom. Sand on top of untouched bedding and in chest of drawers. AC restricted to 72 degrees or above (we usually sleep at 69 degrees)Mattress very hard.The cleaning service is not doing this lovelycondo justice. I cleaned the black mold from the shower door myself (had built up for some time.) Wore socks the entire time due to unclean floors. Did not use chest of drawers

Overall our stay was very nice at this condo. beach view was clear and unobstructed, beach chairs as described although they only let you put out the umbrella if it’s ok with them . We put ours up and it was not windy and they came and put it down for us. Then when they finally came around and allowed them up, the wind blew them away after 30 minutes being up. Condo needs some things like new skillets that aren’t scratched up and maybe some Tupperware that has lids. Cooking was an issue.I did buy a pan and took it home with me. I do not want to eat metal. I also bought a bottle of cleaner to clean with. They give you a starter set 2 trash bags, 4 dish tabs, 1 laundry tab, 1 roll paper towels, 1 dish towel, 1 dish sponge, and a back up roll of TP for each bathroom. There was things like salt pepper coffee filters sugar coffee. King bed was hard as a rock. Kids said bunk beds were comfortable. No one slept in the pull out sofa but the living room was comfortable. Place was clean but could use a deep clean like corners are dusty etc but overall place was clean. Host had left things like beach towels, toys, 1 boogie board, 1 fan, 1 small cooler w/handle. Host was very fast at communicating and all info was correct in listing and all info was fast and accurate in your inbox for checking in Wi-Fi passwords etc. Pool beachside was unusable during our stay which was disappointing. Made it a lot to go back and forth for kids. Elevators were long as well.Would stay again.

The place was great had what we needed and the balcony views was amazing especially the sunset views! Got to see dolphins in the morning and enjoyed the beach chair service with my family! It was great being the last condo and not having that many people there. Great host, we enjoyed our stay there! 100% recommend.

The condo was comfortable and provided all necessities. Parking was a short walk across the street with easy access. The best part was the view of the gulf from the condo/balcony and the direct access to the beach. No walking to the beach; just step outside and you are there! Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We will happily stay here again when we return to PCB.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall we were very happy with this stay. The owners were very responsive when contacted. Very clean overall. Location good, beach was great and chair service was so good when March came around! We like Celadon - everyone friendly and 3 elevators was nice!

The views at the Celadon were perfect. It was so nice having comfortable lounges at the beach, too. The condo was clean and we appreciated that. I realize people that rent these condos don't take care of them, but we felt the condo was in need of some TLC. The living and dining room furniture were nice, as well as decent appliances, but the walls could stand to be painted because there were lots of marks on them. The closest was stuffed with everything...fan, rusted beach chairs, vacuum, etc., which took away from having room in the closet to hang clothes. Also, the hangers were limited....and not very nice ones. Other than that, the owners were easily accessible by text if something was needed. Thank you to them for being available to us.
