Our group had an amazing stay at this property. The layout was perfect with 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (although we ended up only needing 3 bedrooms). The highlights were definitely the stunning pool area and the movie theater room. They also have a pool table and ping pong table to keep entertained. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the outside. Would definitely stay again and bring the family next time.

Great location!!! Perfect size house for our group of 10. Loved hanging out around the pool table, backyard pool, and theater. It was exactly what we needed for our extended family trip. Pool was nice and warm in January, Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk were so fun. Plus the food and closeness to tons of sightseeing opportunities was perfect - couldn't have asked for a better trip!

We loved the pool, hot tub, lake access, and movie theater. A very impressive property overall. Aspects of it weren't properly maintained. The kitchen range didn't fully work, and the kitchen wasn't outfitted with any dish towels or pot holders. While the property was "clean" it obviously hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Overall, we had a very nice time.

Room to spread out and awesome pool

You don't even need the beach at this home. This property is great to share with friends as rooms have private baths and each family can have their own space. Pool and hot tub are awesome!

Good Property - Need Some Work.

Beautiful property, nice location. Getting little old and need some work on lots of items. Do not book until some of the items are fixed. Microwaves are not working. Pool and Spa is controlled from remote(property manager). Make sure you are aware about asking for additional deposit for using non motorized kayaks. Sound system and internet quality is poor in Theatre room. Pool Table is old need new one. Back door locks - can't lock. We have to leave door wide open all the time - because locks were not working. Communicated with property manager(No response). Be ready for surprises. Broken items, non working equipments and amenities are not listed properly.

Because of the holidays and other clients checking out the same day we did not have time to do full inspection before you came in. Locks were fixed, microwave upgraded to build in . Renters can use side buttons to turn on spa and bubbles. Pool is heated.

Business Trip

Light switches need to be labeled. Not all outside lights worked. Light bulbs need to be switched out. Needs a little bit of maintenance overall. The main living needs a paint job, you can see clearly on the wall where they have painted and and you can’t unsee it. Two men, 1 day paint the main level, fix that because it’s the first thing you see as you come up the stair case. Basement master bedroom bed slats are broken. There’s a high and low spot on the bed. House Did not feel clean, there was hair and other debris on the bed covers in some rooms. My guest question if the house was turned over properly or was there time in between the last occupant. No sure, but someone should have noticed what we noticed. I’m not picky but the next person could be bothered by this. It’s a nice house, movie theater is dope, a beating back yard, amazing sun rises. I put the review up so someone hopefully corrects some of the punch list items for the next guest. I like the house, I would return.

We were 9 adults and a seven month old baby. There was more than enough pace for all as well as plenty of bathrooms/showers.House manager responded quickly, but we had to text her every time to get the hot tub hot. Which it does state, but then it would take a while to get hot. So you need to time it right. There was plenty of seating outside and comfortable but definitely needs a deep cleaning. The location was perfect!!!! The pool and ping pong tables along with the theatre were great especially on the one rainy cold day we had. It is also a very nice safe and quiet neighborhood. For our family the house was perfect and everything went smoothly. They are very accommodating hosts as I requested a crib and they had that and a playpen. A very big table inside that we all were able to sit together for a meal. My only suggestion is that on two separate day's a landscaper showed up and then a pool guy unannounced. Maybe there was a posting but I think a text with a time frame would make everyone more comfortable. I would not bring a toddler to the house because on one side of pool deck is not fenced in. My granddaughter is just starting to crawl so it was fine for us. I was so happy with the choice we made and my family loved it as well!!! Fabiana was always available to answer questions and take care of hot tub for us.Thank you for the fantastic hospitality
