We are delighted to introduce to you, Eleanor at Copper Rock! Eleanor is a luxury resort adorned with high-end private amenities that are sure to satisfy your most simple to most elegant needs and interests while providing a home-away-from-home comfort as you relax, take in the moments, and enjoy your stay in this new and developing community. This extraordinary home is located near the Copper Rock golf course and provides you with breathtaking unobstructed views of the Hurricane cliffs while inside the home or while enjoying the Huge private pool outside! Eleanor at Copper Rock is only ten minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, minutes from off-road trails for hiking, biking, or ATVs, and a short distance from downtown St. George or Zions National Park.

Eleanor at Copper Rock was featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes, and comfortably accommodates nineteen guests however with the use of two Queen sofa sleepers, up to twenty-three guests may enjoy comfortable restful nights. Start your amazing experience by enjoying the open floor concept featuring a living room, dining room, and kitchen, which includes your private and neatly nested kitchen nook ideally suited for a personal chef or a relaxing dinner for all your guests. The Primary suite is something you will have to see to believe. It is secluded from the rest of the house with a private balcony, king bed, living space with 70” TV, a luxurious bathroom with the best views in the house, a massive 6 head shower with soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. Also in the home, you will find three king bedrooms each with its own Smart TV and full-size ensuite. Through the third bedroom at the end of the hall is a private gym with 270-degree views of Southern Utah and the essentials (including a Peloton Bike) for a fantastic workout. The Gym has access to the backyard through fully opening sliding doors with direct access to the pool, On the opposite end of the home, you will find a private office set up perfectly for private meetings or small conference room gatherings and access to the three-car garage. Once upstairs, you will find a bunk bedroom with three Queen and three twin beds with its own private bathroom. Down the hall from the stairs is the loft equipped with a smart TV, surround sound entertainment, and an air hockey table. From the loft door, you have an upper balcony where you may enjoy the fire pit, relax in the secondary hot tub or enjoy meals sitting at the high-top bar, all while absorbing more of the beautiful scenery as memories are built during your stay. Another beneficial amenity is a beautiful casita off the garages which offers extra privacy, a full kitchen, and living space for someone in your group to enjoy. This home's backyard is perfect for outdoor living at its best. It offers a 3-hole putting green, a huge 54' by 22'swimming pool and hot tub for 10+ guests, an outdoor shower, basketball court, a full-size bocce ball court, cornhole, outdoor television, and sitting area with misters and fans for the hot summer days, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations and drink fridge, a 10-speaker sound system and an in-ground trampoline for you to enjoy. Also included in the home is a 17' by 26' Toy garage to keep your boat and or toys out of the elements and safely stored during your stay. The house itself is amazing. Large rooms, good hangout spots and great pool/hot tub area.They had a coffee machine but no coffee provided which was a first for us. We had Hulu (live TV) the first day, however they gave the login/password to too many of their properties and it stopped working which was a pain as we wanted to watch a few live sports game. The property managers are not great, there was no instructions provided for the property (they said there usually is a binder but it was missing) and they were very slow to respond and did not address our Hulu issue. The house is walking distance to a golf course and really nice neighborhood but there is NOTHING near. You have to go at least 15 minutes to hurricane (small town) or 30 minutes to St-George. Next time, we will likely stay closer to St-George.

Your property is simply the best. We, our entire family, 15 of us and another due in a month, fit perfectly. The rooms are fabulous and beautifully appointed. I would recommend having two dishwashers in the kitchen. Every area was utilized with enthusiasm. The gym, basketball and trampoline area, the POOL, the air hockey and even the garage. It was all perfect. The kids bunk room is awesome too.

Unbelievable

We stayed here with eight golfers during a recent trip to Hurricane. Our group was floored with how well laid out this house was. There was ample privacy and everything required for cooking and cleaning was well stocked. The pool and outdoor seating made evenings very memorable. We were all extremely satisfied with everything and coming back to Utah is a no doubter.

The house was fantastic!!!. the property management was poor. We had problems with the pool maintenance and operation, the tablet for the pool operation was not working. The hot tube had not been serviced properly. The fridge filters had not been changed for the Ice and Water.

Fantastic Home in Top Notch Location

It's hard to put into words just how great this house was! I had a crew of 12 golfers spend the week here and it was a blast! It has every bell and whistle you can imagine and it is located within 25 minutes of anything and everything you could need. Communication with the property manager was smooth and they worked with us at every turn. Highly recommend!

Best Family Vacation Stay

16 of us (10 adults, 6 kids) from all over the USA, met and stayed at this wonderful property! It exceeded expectations! All amenities were used, kids loved the trampoline. We felt like we were staying out a private resort. Property manager was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Great for a Large Family

Beautiful home, spacious inside and out. The layout is great and includes quality features, appliances and design features. The property has plenty of activities to keep you entertained. We've rented quite a few top tier homes and this was one of our favorites. The few times we had questions, the responsiveness from the host was very prompt and friendly.

Golf Trip

This was our first golf trip to the area. Eleanor was the perfect place to stay. The house is a great location in the Copper Rock development. There are very many things to do around the house...the pool/hot tub, outdoor tv area, and BBQ were a hit. The bedrooms are perfect. I would highly recommend and we hope to come back.

Annual Family Vacation

Our experience in Utah was spectacular!! The house was a perfect size for our group of 18!! Everyone enjoyed the swimming in the pool and playing with all the games the house had to offer!! The views we had were majestic and we loved looking at God's handiwork from our bedroom windows each morning as we woke up!! We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to anyone:):) Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great home

Great property, only issue was the spa, we could not heat the spa a couple nights so that was an issue when we were planning on using it, it was a bummer, they did send someone out to fix it but we can’t get those nights back.

Family Spring Break Week

Our week at Elenor at Copper Rock was fabulous! The weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped it would be so the pool and spa got a lot of use! Our grandkids also loved the trampoline and riding their bikes and scooters in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped and got a lot of use because we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there every day. The location of the house also worked well for our family. It was centrally located and allowed easy access to Zion Park, hiking, biking and UTV trails, golf courses and other attractions. We will definitely return!

Lots of family fun, but must be handy.

Really amazing spaces and beautiful, fairly new home. Plenty of space for our 7 kids and 11 grands. Everyone loved it so much that many kids who planned to stay one night stayed 2 or 3. The pool was the winner of Christmas, hands down (make sure you start warming it up 24 hrs before you plan on getting in, that is a BIG pool). The trampoline, basketball court, putting green and bocce ball kept even the most difficult grandkids busy and out of the kitchen. :) Our boys stayed busy figuring out why the dishwasher, stove/ovens and heat weren’t working, and figuring out all of the electronics. Communication with the mgmt company was easy and quick, but the new stove/ovens they ordered hadn’t come in yet and the heat had new controls that the HVAC guy couldn’t access. Mgmt asked if they could bring in heaters, which was nice and we changed up our Christmas/Eve dinners on the fly. One of the bedrooms listed is in a little casita that is accessed across the pool or outside by the garages. We had access to all 3 garages for parking, which was lovely and quite rare, as we’ve experienced. There are several washer/dryers around the home and they provided a good amount of laundry soap and dryer sheets. We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. There is a little wand vacuum that we used quite frequently. Next time we’d bring a broom and some basic cleaning supplies, cause you know, kids. :) All in all we had a wonderful time with our family.

Fantastic stay at Eleanor! We stayed 12 in this villa and did not feel squeezed. The house was as described on the website. The site is impressive and safe. House was perfectly clean. The swimming pool & spa were warm as we liked. Kitchen amenities were great for cooking anything you want. There are many incredible golf courses near this house, including Copper Rock. It was easy to reach Red Sands agents if we had any questions. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing - perfect for our leadership retreat!

We had an awesome time at the Elenor at Copper Creek. We were a group of 12 and everyone had comfortable accommodations. Including a baby! We left the property only once during our stay to go have dinner together. We really enjoyed the facilities. The hot tub and pool were amazing. The kitchen/dining area is really comfortable to play games together. We did our presentations in the great room and were able to cast to the TV's easily. Those that weren't participating found ample things to do. The outside patio TV was a great spot, especially with the great weather that we had while we were there. We had no problems with the property at all! It was perfect for us.
