The property was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having the pool and hot tub as an option to relax and enjoy. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Don’t rent this place unless you don’t care about how much money you spent pictures are a lie I had to travel 4 hours to clean I had to go buy cleaning supplies because I didn’t want my grandbabies on the floor and clean it on Sat for our gathering i did not stay there but for Saturday putting things back .after our gathering I have never been so disappointed . As an elected official for Santa Barbara I’m going to do something because I care about where I stay the house next door had trash Matress trash we had to go cover it because I was embarrassed at the home . I had to go have the gathering there and make it work invites were sent where to meet I expect a refund so very sad this house was the way it was it could be a GemDon’t believe the pictures at all I told the owner to take real pictures of the home and post the ones they have are deceiving Beware

Yes the host was very welcoming and easy to get a hold of. The home was clean and as it was described in the post. We had an amazimg stay and would stay there again.

It was like HOME. Spacious and comfortable. Ideal for the 3 of us and those who came to visit during our stay after the Celebration of Life.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standard we expected from the listing, photos, or the price we paid.We appreciate that rental properties experience normal wear and tear, but there were a number of issues during our stay. There were not enough cups and glasses for six guests and no wine glasses, the microwave plate did not rotate, and no tea towels were provided. Several curtain rails appeared loose and were coming away from the walls, and the back door in our bedroom was extremely difficult to open and close, which was concerning from a security perspective.Outside, there were significant amounts of spider webs around the property, including around the large sliding door from the kitchen to the pool area. This door also appeared to have areas of deteriorating/rotting wood. There was also a blocked drain outside the front door.Overall, we found the property much more worn and less well maintained than it appeared in the listing photographs. The master bedroom mattress was also uncomfortable and, combined with our overall disappointment, we decided to leave one night early.We contacted the owner after our stay to explain our concerns and give them an opportunity to address them, but unfortunately received no response.We hope the owner addresses these maintenance, cleanliness and furnishing issues, as the property has the potential to be a nice place to stay, but based on our experience, it did not represent good value for the price paid.

Quiet spot, great communication

We had a lovely stay in this house. The home was the perfect size for 4 adults, and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Yanshi was a great host, stepping in immediately to find a pool person when we noticed the hot tub needed to be cleaned. We would definitely stay here again if ever in town.

Great two-day stay

Great place to stay for 2 days while we were in town to see a concert! We didn't use the pool (November) but the hot tub was lovely and ready to hop in. Nice neighborhood, close to a park and running trail. House was clean and beds super comfy. Showers are short but we managed.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

This place was amazing. The property owner was so easy to talk. She answered all my questions very quickly. The place was so clean and very homie. My kids enjoyed the pool and the very comfy bunk beds. We will most definitely stay here again.

The house was unlocked, back sliding door wide open. Another slider did not lock at all. The host did not offer any solutions and hung up on me. We had to get a hotel. I would never stay at a property with this host again.

Pleased Festival Family

My family and I traveled here for an annual music festival and our host was very accommodating and gracious. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is well maintained and clean. After a long day on our feet in the heat the pool and hot tub were amazing. Highly recommended!!

Great for small family

2 adults and 2 kids had a really nice stay here. Great location, nice neighborhood with walking distance to nice playground. All city attractions inly 20 minute drive. Easy to get around. The pool was still too cold for kids to play in during our stay, but we enjoyed the hot tub.

A cute place with lots of potential

The house and pool area have a lot of charm. Beds were comfy as were the pillows. Details like working lights and switches, kitchen amenities, quality kitchen cabinets, and other oddities in the decor had us scratching our heads. Property management needs to put in more effort on the little things to make it memorable

Great Weekend Away

Went to the Sol Blume Festival and it was a great place to stay for my friends, family and I. Pretty spacious and the pool and hot tub were very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and very brief drives for food and stores like Target. The kitchen needs a few drawers fixed and a balance to the dishwasher but there were enough utensil and pans to make food for a decently long stay and dishes for a good amount of people. The host was reliable and kind. Would recommend or stay again in the future.

Beautiful pool, close to the river

The house was very well priced for what you get. The pool was beautiful and so refreshing during the hot summer days. The beds were very comfortable with perfect comforters and pillows. The A/C kept the house nice and cool. Any concerns we had, we brought up with the host and she responded immediately. The house was about 10 minutes away from our boat launch and marina which was perfect!

Funn stay and close to the zoo!

We had a great stay at the house! The pool was way too cold to go in but the hottub was fantastic! The host was always there to answer questions and answered in a very timely matter. There were a few things that could have been better (some parts of the house were damaged that the host was not aware of) and the sheets on the main bed didn't seem clean (we washed them again when we got there. They had a weird smell to them) but overall, it was a fun trip. The neighborhood could have been a little better, as many neighbors had loud and obnoxious cars, but we would definitely stay there again!

Swimming pool was nice!

This place was not well maintained the lawn was long and weeds.. you could not use any of the cubbords. They were all dirty on the inside of the kitchen and the bathrooms. there was also only five towels to use and not much toilet paper we had to go buy our own.. my kids did love the pool.. just not what we expected is not as nice as the pictures make it look.

Big space, nice time!

Our overall visit was very positive! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and other main amenities. The only things I wish would've been slightly different- there was a lack of towels there for us, even though there was only two of us staying in, considering the pool and hot tub, we definitely could've used more towels. Also, a couple of other things that bothered me, there were some dirty dishes put away in the cupboards which led me to rewashing every dish we used... it's a minor thing but still, if I hadn't checked first I would've been using dirty dishes. And in one of the bedrooms, there was a big circular stain on the blanket. It just grossed me out when I seen it and felt those should be thrown out rather than put out back on the bed despite being washed, it still made it look dirty. All in all, I give the experience a 8/10. Thank you!

Such a great place!

The home was spotless. The water pressure was great. The pool and hot tub were perfect. I especially liked that every bathroom had a hairdryer. The ironing board and the iron were top notch - not stained, old, rusted or cheap. Super convenient access to main roads, plus SUCH great parking. On top of that, minimal check out requirements which is always appreciated. I fully intend to rent again next time in town.

Family getaway

We stayed in the area because we had multi day appointments in midtown Sacramento which was very easy to access from this home. The neighborhood is very residential and quiet. All the beds in every room were very comfortable with lots of pillows. We really loved the pool and hot tub. We very much enjoyed our stay.
