Very beautiful and clean condo, with many accommodations. The host was very quick to respond during our stay. I wish our unit had a keurig, but it had a nespresso machine Instead. Just a personal preference, not a complaint. The only downside we had was the narrow parking garage, but overall the place is fantastic. Very comfortable furniture as well.

This condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. It's on the 18th floor. The designated parking space was on the 9th floor, we found that information by calling the host, it was not listed on the check in information. The pool was well maintained and the beach was only steps away. The condo had all the main essentials. The only complaint I have is that the condo had sewage gas smell. I ran the water in all the bathrooms and the washing machine. We believe the washing machine hose may be missing a "P" trap. The smell was bothersome, we did inform the host and hopefully they will look into the issue. This is a nice condo otherwise.

Perfect Relaxing Week

I have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was happy, just as pictured and had everything we needed for an amazing spring break. The master bath had a heat issue called and someone was there in a couple of hours to fix.. decided to stay another day super easy to book. I will stay here again!

Thank you Frances for the review! We are so please to hear you took advantage of all the breathtaking views from the condo. We hope that this inconvenience did not take away from you enjoying your vacation. We do hope you will book with us again soon, if not here then one of our other many properties in PBC. Family Trip

We took a quick family trip to the beach before school started back for the kids. The place was clean and convenient. There were many amenities at the complex and close to everything. The unit was clean and well maintained with a great view. Be prepared to wait on an elevator, but overall a great place to stay.

Vacation

The condo was very nice . The decor was nice and very modern. I would suggest not to advertise it as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are off the hall by the main door which was noisy for those sleeping there. Maybe a barn door could be added to give some privacy. View of pool and beach was amazing. Seating was adequate for the number of guests.

Lovely Unit

This unit has recently been updated with beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bath and lovely decorations. The property manager was clear in the listing about what would be provided so you can plan ahead to bring extra necessities based on your group size and length of stay. Any negative comments would be the standard PCB slow elevator, lots of rules, rude employees that you will experience with all complexes on this beach.

Nice 2 bed/3 bath

Property was very well decorated and spacious. The bunk beds are always a plus except I didn’t like them being in the hallway. Closets were cluttered so you couldn’t hang stuff or put stuff away due to every corner being full. Housekeeping was mediocre but that is not on the property owner. There were long black hairs in the. ed sheets and shower walls as well as dirty w-tips on the bath floor. We re washed our sheets and towels before use.
