Set on one level, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of around 200 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A heated swimming pool (shared and fenced) and a hot tub, open from April to October, weather permitting
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
