Quiet cottage with a large garden (1000m²), ideally located in Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the banks of the Loire River (600m), with a train station nearby (600m), a large garage, and 20 minutes from Tours.
Ideal for cycling and visiting castles (Amboise, Chenonceau, Chambord, Villandry, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Blois, Cheverny, etc.). The cottage is all-inclusive (except for tourist tax). Access is via four steps. On the same level you will find:

- a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso and filter coffee machines)
- a living/dining room (Wi-Fi)
- two bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with a 140x190cm bed
- a shower room
- a separate toilet In the basement (accessible from the outside), there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a charcoal barbecue.

Outside, there is a terrace, a garden of approximately 1000 m², and a garage for bicycles/motorcycles (lockable).
