Welcome to this pleasant 86 m² semi-detached villa, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Bollène. With its 3 bedrooms, garden, above-ground swimming pool and barbecue area, it is ideal for enjoying a stay with family or friends.

Its location makes it easy to explore Provence, the Drôme Provençale, the villages of the Vaucluse and the landscapes of the Ardèche.

The villa is semi-detached and located in a residential neighbourhood.

It includes:

A comfortable living room with a television and access to a wide range of channels and streaming platforms, including Netflix and Canal+.

An open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery and a bean-to-cup coffee machine.

2 bedrooms with 140 × 200 cm double beds and storage space.

1 bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed.

A bathroom equipped with a shower and double washbasin. A washing machine is also available.

Household linen:

Bed linen, bath towels (1 per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided.

Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area.

Only dogs are welcome, with a limit of one dog per reservation. An additional fee will be charged on top of your reservation for extra cleaning. Any damage, wear and tear, or additional work resulting from the dog’s presence may be billed separately or deducted from the security deposit.

2 parking spaces are available on the property, with plenty of additional free parking available on nearby streets.

Welcome kit:

To help you settle in, a welcome kit is provided. Please note that it will not be replenished during your stay.

It includes:

Laundry detergent and household cleaning products.

2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet.

Shower gel.

Sugar, tea and coffee (1 serving per person).

Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

For local travel, Bollène–La Croisière TER railway station provides connections to destinations including Orange and Avignon. Bollène also has the TUB urban public transport network and regional ZOU bus services.

For guidance, Nîmes Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive away, while Marseille Provence Airport is around 1 hour and 10 minutes away. These travel times may be adjusted depending on the villa’s exact address.

Before your arrival, you will receive all the information you need regarding access to the villa, practical instructions and useful recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Check-in is available from 5:00 p.m. and is fully self-service.

You will need to let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival, with photographs, or immediately if it occurs during the stay.
