Lovely Pool

The house itself is wonderful, it is a little far to the beach but if hanging out at the pool all day is what you want to do then this house is perfect

Very satisfied

We were there for 3 months. The house met all our expectations .For us who like to cook, the kitchen was perfect, very well equipped. The pool and the pool area permitted us to entertain family and friends.And Michael is such a good owner: he answers quickly to all our questions and problems. We will be back next year.

Villa Mariposa

We rented this home Jan 20-Feb 29 2020. The minute we walked in the door we felt right at home. This home was extremely clean. The kitchen & living area was perfect. Premium cable and other things on the large screen TV. The master bedroom was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and spa was amazing. Plenty of comfortable seating on the deck. We had one small issue (which turned out to be user error) that was dealt with immediately. Falk the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. Thank you Michael and Family

6 adults really enjoyed this house-pool-location

The property was just what we were looking for when planning our trip to Ft Meyers. The location was great for being close to other family that was in an RV park north of us and all of the fun places we went to south of us. The house was way bigger inside than the photos depicted. The living room and kitchen are center and open to each other. From there you go to one side for the office/dining room combo which leads to the master bedroom/bath/walk in closet. From the left of the living room there is a full bath and the two other bedrooms. One larger than the other. The patio-pool-lanai area was just a bit of heaven to us northerners. The pool is heated so even though we arrived during a cold snap we could swim easily the next day and the rest of the week. We used the grill several times while there and enjoyed the way the kitchen had the many cooking items and prep items we needed for our meals. Michael was so nice to work with and made the stay an easy one. He kept us well informed of check in and other details before the stay, checked on us a few times during the stay and then at the end checked in with us one more time. He is great and very friendly. Michael--we all loved your house and will recommend it to others for sure.

Absolut top, nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeitin diesem Ferienhaus! Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es waren alles vorhanden, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung während der Zeit war hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Zeit

die Villa bietet alles was einen Urlaub unvergesslich macht. Entspannung mit einem hohen Maß an Gemütlichkeit. Hier kann man sich erholen und neue Kraft tanken.

Quiet getaway

We rented the house for a week. We had quite a few meetings in the area (Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples). It takes about 45 minutes to get to any of those locations— so it was a little ways out, but the traffic was not terrible) There were a few maintenance type issues in the home. Probably the most important item is the plumbing. We noticed throughout the home the faucets didn’t work well, the sink drain in the master bedroom is extremely slow. The toilets didn’t flush unless the handle was held. Finally, it really took a long time to get the hot water to the faucets. We noticed quite a few insects (I think they were ants) all over the master bathroom countertop. It did look like they were trying to manage the ant issues wit ant traps. Finally the pool enclosure had quite a few spider webs all over. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lanai and on the rare occasion we were not at a meeting we tried to get to the pool. The neighbors were having a pool installed, so there were days with quite a bit of noise from that, otherwise the area was very quiet. They have a nice book proving information about the home and area which was all in German. From an English communicator, we did struggle with the German instructions. The check in process is a bit cumbersome — updating to a more digital locking system would be a nice touch.

Dear Therese, first of all we'd like to thank you taking the time to give us a review on your stay at our tropical vacation home in Lehigh Acres. Lehigh Acres by the way is located east/southeast of Fort Myers. But Iet's get back to the issue with water and toilet flushes - one of our toilets had the issue in holding the handle for about 5 seconds, true. That was explained on a little sticker right next to the place. The problem is solved now. A plumber took care of it ;-) In regards of the water pressure we'd like to point out that this was never an issue - for any of our guests. If you put more pressure in the pipes and system, there is a good chance you could damage it. The water heater is located in the garage so when hot water is needed, it has to get the way from the water softener outside the house through the garage and from there to the kitchen or bathroom which is quite a way. We are maintaining plumbing in the house on a regular basis and are happy that we have our own well water supply for the Villa;) In SW Florida we have wildlife all over - that's why we love the state and especially our spot here! Therefore insects occur almost everywhere even if we don't like them. So it's a common thing to use ant traps not allow them to feel welcomed in combination with the ongoing pest control on the lot and around the house. 🙂 When cleaning the property, we always take a close look within corners to avoid any discomfort for our guests. On the other hand we do not want to use tons of poisenous chemicals to ensure a healthy environment for everybody. Spider nets are not 100% avoidable within the screen area especially during the months of summer- but we will take a closer look in the future and reduce the occurrence to a minimum. We take each review seriously and always try to improve things in and around our Villa for you, our guests. Kindest regards, Family Wirth

Pleasant Stay at Lehigh Acres

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood. We have a nice and relax time at this property. House manager was very helpful. House was very comfortable and clean. For those Boston fans; is 20 minutes away from the Red Sox spring training stadium. Something to have in consideration is that you're going to be in charge of the overall electric bill (not shown on price breakdown totals on VRBO website) during your stay, in my case trying to save as much as possible I paid $87.00 extra. We rented this house at last minute when my daughter decided to come with us to take her College online classes outdoors, but was not possible because the signal was very weak, so she end up taking her classes inside anyways. Overall is a nice place to stay.

Lovely property

My family had a nice stay here in May. The kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the large TV, cable, and use of a DVD player. The pool and patio were awesome. Communication with the owner was friendly, and the property manager was very nice and helpful.

Great vacation home

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. Plenty of space, was very clean, and the pool was nice and warm. The hot tub was more of a jetted pool but it was perfect for my 4 year old to play in. The property manager was also great to work with. We would defintely stay here again.

Great property

We completely enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely and the pool/spa is fantastic. The weather was warm and sunny and we spent most of our time in the pool and outside on the patio. Owners are wonderful and the property manager is most helpful. I would encourage staying at this property!

Just as expected!

Michael was very helpful in booking and answered all our questions promptly! The house is just as beautiful as it looks and in a nice quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle if that’s what you’re looking for! But also within driving distance of many of the most popular areas! Our teens loved the pool! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Vacation home

The property was very clean and well maintained The pool was terrific used it everyday close to shopping. Would have loved to stay the entire month but it was cut short because of the corona virus. Overall I would come back

WONDERFUL

This home was terrific. Everything you need is on site. Just bring your family and enjoy this vacation spot. Close to everything, beaches, malls, entertainment and a grocery store less than a mile away. We can't wait for our next vacation rental.

Amazing Vacation House

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect! The owner and property manager were very accommodating. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was amazing!!! Having a grocery store a mile down the road was also very nice. We will be back for another stay in the future!
