You’ll have access to our safe 2 acre property on private road. Easily accessible to I-26. Between Asheville and Johnson City. 30 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway. 30 minutes to Tri-Cities Regional Airport. 15 minutes to USA rafting. 15 minutes to the Nolichucky River. Dollar General, package store, local restaurant a 3 minute drive.

Things to note:
There is WiFi available and password is posted in the home.
There are two Roku Smart TVs that are connected to the internet. You are welcome to sign on to your own streaming services, just don’t forget to sign out. Free Roku channels are also available.
There are two exterior cameras that face the front door and driveway entrance and the back door and porch area.
This property borders National Forest and there is wildlife in the area. Deer, squirrels, and wild turkeys are commonly seen. An occasional bear has also been sighted so please be mindful and watchful.
For longer stays, package deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc can be made however USPS does not deliver to the cottage address.
The driveway is well-packed gravel and lit at night.
The cottage is easy to get to. It is about a 3 minute drive off the interstate.
