MAIN FLOOR

Enter through the newly remodeled entryway and into a bright, open living space surrounded by Tahoe pines.

The brand-new kitchen is one of the home's standout features, with rich Mountain Pass cabinetry, generous counter space, beautiful new finishes, and modern appliances. Open to the dining and living areas, it's designed for gathering, whether you're making pancakes before a ski day, preparing dinner together, or pouring après-ski drinks.

The adjoining dining area features a large farmhouse table with plenty of room for shared meals and evenings together.

In the living room, a large curved sectional surrounds the striking natural rock fireplace. Soaring ceilings and dramatic curved windows bring the forest setting inside, creating a cozy space for morning coffee, movie nights, and snowy evenings by the fire.

Two decks extend the living space outdoors. One offers a BBQ and seating for warm-weather meals, while the second features additional seating and a private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after skiing, hiking, golfing, or a day at the lake.

Two bedrooms are located on this level:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Stepped double and twin bunk beds + small seating area

A shared full bathroom is also located on the main floor.

UPPER FLOOR

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, high ceilings, and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding mountain setting.

The refreshed spa-style ensuite features a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, creating the perfect place to relax after a full day outside.

A den and dedicated office area provide a quiet space to catch up on an email or take a call before getting back to vacation. A half bathroom is also located on this level.

LOCATION + TAHOE DONNER

Juniper House is located in Tahoe Donner's peaceful Northwoods neighborhood, putting year-round recreation within easy reach.

Enjoy nearby skiing, hiking and biking trails, golf, and Donner Lake. Eligible guests may also have access to select Tahoe Donner Association (TDA) amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, tennis, golf, and the private Beach Club Marina at Donner Lake, subject to TDA access rules, fees, seasonal availability, and blackout dates.

Downtown Truckee, Northstar California, Lake Tahoe, and Palisades Tahoe are also easily accessible, making Juniper House a convenient home base for exploring the region.

Important Tahoe Donner Amenity Information

Tahoe Donner Association has implemented access limitations and blackout periods for Short-Term Tenant Access Cards. During blackout periods, short-term rental guests will not have access to affected Tahoe Donner amenities.

Juniper House is registered for Short-Term Rental Tenant access and is subject to these restrictions. Because blackout schedules are established and may be changed solely by Tahoe Donner Association, guests should verify access for their travel dates directly with TDA before booking.

A per-person, per-day fee applies to many Tahoe Donner amenities and is subject to change.

Each eligible property is issued six guest cards. All six cards must remain at the home after your stay. A $100 fee applies for each missing card. Children 3 and under are free.

Refunds cannot be provided for cancellations related to Tahoe Donner amenity blackout dates or access restrictions.

During snowfall, street parking is prohibited for snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street.
Winter mountain conditions can be severe. Snow tires and 4WD/AWD are strongly recommended; carry chains when required.

PET-FRIENDLY TAHOE GETAWAY

WILDLIFE NOTICE

Juniper House is located in North Lake Tahoe's natural mountain environment, where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Bear sightings can occur even when no food or attractants have been left outside.

For your safety and the protection of local wildlife, please keep doors and windows closed and locked, particularly at night; never leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles; use designated bear-resistant garbage containers; and never approach, feed, or disturb wildlife.

By booking this home, guests acknowledge that wildlife activity is a natural possibility in the Tahoe area.
