Before booking this loft unit, please consider the physical abilities of everyone in your group, including children. The stairs leading to the loft can be challenging for some. The loft bedroom is only accessible via stairs. Due to the layout, the space may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or other physical health considerations. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible so please take this into account when booking.

Here’s what to expect:
Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00

Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.
Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in.
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Important Information:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No Pets

It is centrally located between Gulf Islands National Seashore and the popular Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, where you will find a classic mix of restaurants, shopping, and various attractions at either spot.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking. All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival. Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code. The code changes with every reservation, door codes will be given the day of check-in.

It is centrally located between Gulf Islands National Seashore and the infamous Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, where you will find a classic mix of restaurants, shopping, and various attractions at either spot.
Check-in time: Typically, between 3:00 and 5:00 Check-out time: 10:00
These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Guest has one assigned covered parking space. Additional guest parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
