- A lovely south-facing shared garden of 1,240 m², with sun loungers available, bordered by a bin shelter, half a dozen hydrangeas, and a bin cover
- A private 18 m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days

The cottage is ideally situated in Lannion, in a family-friendly housing estate. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby (in the Saint-Marc neighbourhood).

Activities:
- Access to the former ‘Lovers’ Corner’, which now leads to a walking trail. This trail connects the Brélévenez Stairs and its church to Perros-Guirec
- Base Sport Nature (kayaking on the River Léguer in the town centre)

- Numerous beaches along the Pink Granite Coast: Perros-Guirec (casino, thalassotherapy centre), Ploumanach (voted France’s favourite village) and its lighthouse, Trégastel…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the 600 m² communal lawn (there is space for several vehicles).
