The property was exactly as described and very well situated within walking distance of local shops, bars, and attractions. The price was also on point for what were were trying do for a few days. Was not a huge fan of the room being adjoining with a door to another suite, but that is more of a personal preference as you could hear the neighbors through the walls. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we would stay here again! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect! Great location, great property and great unit. Beautiful pool area with ice machine and filtered water dispenser was a highlight for the very hot and humid time we visited. Would return immediately and stay in the same spot. Thank you for a very enjoyable time in Key West!

Good property near Duvall St

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall pleased with room and amenities. Loved the water and ice machine in pool area. Only negative was that we didn’t realize our room had an adjoining door with another suite and you can hear everything from the other room. Would have preferred a solid wall.

6/10 Okay

Pleasant, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a great place. Near great restaurants, Duval, and activities, but in a quiet area. The room was small, yet quaint. Very nice small pool, yet it closed at dusk. I get that they wanted it quiet, but everyone there complained about the rules, and several broke them. The other problem for us was that they were doing renovations of some sort in the rooms next door on the day we set aside to relax. The workers kept trying to come in through the adjoining room door, even after we told them the situation. It was very annoying and lasted all day, but it was just one day.
