Enjoy a private deep-water dock, covered boat slip, kayak, shuffleboard, ping pong, fire pit, and spacious deck with a gas grill. Take in stunning lake views from the screened porch, rocking chairs, or hammock, then cozy up by the fireplace after a day on the water. Located in a peaceful neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Hiawassee.

Adventure awaits! North GA and Western NC abound with opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Set your sights on long-range views with visits to Bell Mountain in Hiawassee (20-minute drive) and Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA, 45-minute drive). Spend the day on Lake Chatuge with a boat or personal watercraft rental from a local marina (contact us for a recommendation) or bring your own (please note, no trailers can enter the neighborhood). On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 35-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Want to immerse yourself in nature in the Nantahala National Forest? Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) just a 20-minute drive from the property. Hungry and thirsty after a day of exploration? Visit the outstanding local restaurants, wineries, and breweries in and around downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee for not-to-be-missed tastes of local flavor.

Feel free to enjoy the dock and any of the water toys we have left there for your use.
The owners' boat may be docked at the dock during your stay. It is not part of the rental and is not available for guest use.
If you bring or rent a boat, you're welcome to use the dock. Please be mindful of the water depth when docking, as it can vary depending on lake conditions.

Host Cancellation Policy: reservations cancelled 30 days before check-in will receive a refund minus any credit card fees (usually around 4%).
