This fully renovated, detached, and naturally air-conditioned former farmhouse offers panoramic views of the blue-tinged volcanic peaks and the Emblavez plain.

Near the lively village of Vorey-sur-Arzon, you can explore the trails that lead you through the heart of the forests, accompanied by the murmur of a small stream, exceptional flora and fauna, and the discovery of hidden gems of local heritage. It's a haven for birds and wildlife alike. Here, an unmown meadow encourages biodiversity; there, an insect hotel; and more nesting boxes for garden birds.
The cottage produces and consumes its own green electricity thanks to photovoltaic panels. Rainwater is collected in an underground container to water the vegetable garden.
A large 1800 m² plot, complete with an orchard, offers a relaxing retreat. All shops and services are available in the village center of Vorey-sur-Arzon, 4 km away.
Hiking, sightseeing, and outdoor activities are all possible from the gîte: canoeing and paddleboarding on the Loire River, fishing in the streams and ponds, visiting the mills of Blanlhac, hiking in the Corboeuf ravines near Rosières, introductory target shooting at the Beaulieu shooting range, visiting the Château de Lavoûte-Polignac or the Priory of Chamalières-sur-Loire, and exploring the city of Le Puy-en-Velay with its various monuments: the statue of Notre-Dame de France, the Rocher Saint-Michel, the Hôtel-Dieu, the Crozatier Museum, the Camino de Santiago, the Henri Vinay Garden, etc. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room with toilet, laundry room, summer kitchen, and relaxation room.

First floor: living room (TV), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.

All utilities included. Firewood provided free of charge for the fireplace.
