Modern Rancher Oasis I Gorgeous Pool

Summary:

Escape to a beautifully decorated updated rancher that sleeps 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large fully furnished kitchen, dining room and family room. This peaceful retreat includes a private backyard with outdoor eating area and pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind while still being close to all that the area has to offer. Book now and experience the ultimate relaxation in your own private oasis.



Guest Access:

Pool is Closed for 2025 Season. Entire Home and Backyard. Pool is typically open May thru middle of September based on weather conditions, reminder the pool is not heated. 20256 Pool Open Date April 15th (but water will be chilly, temps don't typically become favorable for swimming until middle to end of May). 2026 Pool Closing Date is Sept. 23rd.



The Neighborhood:

Near Downriver golf course and Audubon park! This safe neighborhood is great for walking or any kind of transportation! People are friendly and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance!



Getting Around:

- 10 minutes to I-90, Downtown Spokane, Spokane Arena, & The Podium.

- 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport.

- 1 hour to Silverwood (47 miles)



Other Things to Note:

Indoor Fireplaces are prohibited from being used.

We cannot provide pool floats due to local code regulations.

Pool is serviced regularly during the week - typically on Thursday or Friday.



- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.

- High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 15 guests.

- No Stairs on property.

- Fenced in backyard

- Pool is typically open from May thru September. The pool is not heated.

- Washer and Dryer onsite.

several issues. House was not clean. Rug in kitchen and the living room need cleaning. Something sifts down from the fan vent in the small bathroom whenever the fan is turned on. I think it is residue from what might have been a wasp nest. I cleaned that floor and toilet area many many times. No dishrags for the kitchen. No decaf pods. I felt compelled to sweep every room prior to my friends walking in to them. Dusty and and needed mopping. The outside bamboo shades are not working so as to easily raise and lower them as need to allow or block sunshine. Windows need washing. Lighting in the master bedroom bathroom is horrible. On the other hand, Jeff is easy to reach, easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. Thank you that Jeff. We do intend to be back for the same weekend in 2027 and feel confident the issues I have noted will the addressed. One more the piece of wood between the rock entry way in the front entrance and the area where the floor starts, needed to be adhered better on the eastern side of the door sill. It will eventually trip someone. Thanks. Brusan

The kitchen needs a sheet pan, cookie sheet. the one thing i would change is put a king size bed in the primary bedroom. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool. the house was great, bedding and towels nice. Kitchen was well stocked and the cleaning lady who was there when we arrived was super nice. We were there visiting our boys who go to Gonzaga and it had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and have dinners together. Thanks so much.

We have booked 2 weekends in a row at this place. My wife loved our stay due to the perfect location of this house to everything someone may look for. My 18 month daughter loved it as well. She was running all over the place. The whole neighborhood was quiet. The house was super super clean, spacious, with everything we needed and we really appreciate that. The pool and the barbecue grill were just the cherry on the top for a wonderful family moment in the yard. Jeff, the host, did everything to make the check-in and check-out as easy as possible. He was amazing at responding to our texts or emails. He was very professional, courteous, supportive and helpful. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Spokane or drives across Spokane. You will never regret your stay at this amazing property. Thanks again, Jeff for the great experience we lived. Lyes

An absolute 10 of 10!!! Our host Jeff made the entire process super easy...it was our fist time using any type of vacation experience other than a hotel or a Bed & Breakfast. The home was beautiful & the pictures didn't do it justice. It was so spacious, clean, & neat! The appliances & AC were all very modern. The pool & patio area made us want to stay outside all day and half of the night. The beds were super comfy. The only drawback was they were a little low, but I'm 6'4. if you're average height, they're perfect.The property is located in a really quiet neighborhood (which is a huge plus). Trips to restaurants & stores were quick because most of the places can be accessed in 10 to 14 minutes depending on traffic. I can't say enough good stuff about property or Jeff. We'll definitely book here again on our next trip to Spokane.

We had a wonderful time in this home. The minute you walk in, you feel at peace. Bright, spacious and welcoming - this is our second time at this house and we enjoyed our stay each time! The sparkling pool beckons you from the beautiful windows as you enter the house, and you long to immerse yourself in the pristine blue water.

Outstanding! Hoping to book the same property for next year! We had a toilet plug up around 9 p.m. Saturday night. I did not call about it until Sunday morning around 8 a.m. Everything done and go to go by 10:15 a.m. Can't get much better than that. And of course this unit has three toilets so we simply closed that one off until fixed on Sunday morning. Plenty of utensils, spices, creamers, sugar, etc., to meet our needs.

Terrific!

Eight WSU sorority sisters got together for a 4-day reunion. This lovely home couldn't have been a better place for us! It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to see and the things we wanted to do. It was a perfect size and accommodated all of us with ease! It is in a lovely, older neighborhood that was very quiet. The home is by far the best VRBO I have ever been in. It was spotlessly clean and very inviting. We wanted for nothing! The furnishings were comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen was amazing! It had everything imaginable, including spices, coffee and every utensil and appliance you could need. We used the BBQ on the patio, and it was a breeze. Unfortunately, it was too cool to use the beautiful pool, but we did enjoy some time in the sun on the patio. Jeff, the host, was phenomenal!! He was always available and responded to my questions and requests immediately. Check in/out was easy and smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located property on their visit to Spokane. 5 stars all the way!!!

Excellent 10/10

The owner was very communicative and very accommodating. The house was clean. Pool was a great feature. The only issue noticed during our stay was the water pressure of the shower in the master bathroom. The pressure was very low, but seems like an easy thing to fix/improve. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the pool, and relaxing on the deck, the place is very clean and well looked after, felt very safe staying there, and not far from all the golf courses we went to.

Beautiful mid-century modern!

This was the perfect house for our needs this week. My dad turned 85 yr, so a bunch of us came to town from all over (OR, ID, AK, NV, MT, and western WA) to celebrate with him. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to everything (downtown/freeway, grocery, etc). The house itself is spacious, open concept, beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped with anything you could need. The listing pictures are very accurate to size and cleanliness, unlike so many listings that trick you with filters to make the house look bigger than it really is. If anything, the house was larger than I expected. There was even a playpen and highchair, which I didn’t think I would need (we were a group of 6 adults only), but came in so handy when my niece and her baby came over to visit. The pool was a big hit! It must be a salt pool because I didn’t smell any harsh chlorine but it was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils you could need while cooking away from home. The house is on a quiet residential street, plenty of parking, and plenty of seating (inside and out). We spent a lot of time outside on the patio, where there was plenty of shady area, in addition to plenty of sunny area, to make everyone happy. The host was a good communicator and offered to help in any way we might need him. Arrival and departure instructions were very clear. I would most definitely rent this house again, no question!

Was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend while we visited other family in Spokane. The house was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and great for evening walks, and Jeff was incredibly welcoming and communicative. 10/10!

Awesome Christmas Holiday

We originally picked this house for its location. As it is close to where the rest of our family were staying, but this is a perfect house for anyone coming to enjoy the Spokane area. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to town and supper easy to get to all the local attractions. We arrived the day after Christmas and were surprised to have a fully decorated Christmas tree complete with lights, what a nice touch! Jeff is a traffic host with excellent communication, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Should we be back in the area in the future I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully in the summer so we can enjoy the great outdoor space and pool! Thanks, Steve
