Located in a quiet Tahoe City neighborhood, there are three popular California ski resorts less than a 20 minutes from the home. The home is also near Skylandia Beach, endless trails, and the bike path to Tahoe City, The Tahoe Cross Country Center is about a mile away and has an activity for each season - cross country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. It is less than 5 minutes by car from Tahoe City, which has Lakefront cafes, shopping, Commons Beach, and the Tahoe City Golf Course.

The main floor's living, dining, and kitchen area has a full lake view from the south facing wall of windows! The open floor plan provides a great place to gather indoors and sliding glass doors open to a large deck. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have cozy furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck provides a full lake view and will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people and for nice family meals and with two supermarkets available in Tahoe City, you can stock up on your way in and you may never want to leave!

Ten people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The lower floor features the primary king ensuite bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a kids bunk room with twin/twin bunk and an additional twin bed. There is also a additional family room with TV and full bathroom on this level.

While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Palisades Tahoe or Northstar at Tahoe. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches or take the bike path to Tahoe City. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City or travel to Crystal Bay in Nevada for cocktails and games of chance.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
