Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Great location and plenty of room for the two of us. Dog friendly neighborhood and very walkable. Nice work area off the dining room. Kitchen was stocked pretty well from a dishes/pans/glasses perspective. The only issues were: no hangers in any of the closets, no hair dryer, and the floors were really dirty (ruined a couple pairs of socks) so needed to wear shoes all the time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was extremely unclean upon arrival and the unit was not well maintained. I would not recommend this rental to others.

The property was pet friendly and very clean. On the bottom level, but only heard footsteps a few times in the unit above. TV worked well, shower was powerful, and bed was comfortable. Requires some awkward steps to get to the front door, but parking above was spacious. Very easy location to get to Pinehurst and Southern Pines.

Everything was perfect in the apt. The photos looked exactly like the home. The apt was spacious and very clean. The porch in front was a nice touch as well for the nice few 70 degree days we had in December. We met a few neighbors who were absolutely lovely and enjoyed our time here. Tons of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay right after Christmas. We will be renting again as it was very close to family in the area.

This is my first negative review in 15 years. Unit was dirty and gross. My white socks were brown in 15 minutes of walking around, spiders in corners, mildew, mold and cracked tile in the shower. Floor was actually curved which is just odd. Burnt out light bulbs in kitchen. Screen door so loud I bought wd40 to grease the hinges. Staff was not responsive when asked to get the light bulbs switched out. Bugs in the unit. Staff was not responsive or accommodating when I asked for an early check in or 1 hour for a late checkout although I received at least 2 emails asking if I wanted to extend my stay earlier or later. No dishwasher detergent provided so we washed all the dishes by hand.

We responded to your messages promptly throughout your stay. An early check-in request was never submitted to our team, and when a late check-out was requested, we communicated that the property was unavailable and therefore could not accommodate the request. Regarding the kitchen light, we spoke with you multiple times during your stay. The fixture was not completely out—one bulb was still functioning. The burned-out bulb was a specialty bulb that was not a standard replacement item and needed to be ordered. We communicated this to you and worked to address the issue as quickly as possible. We were never notified during your stay about concerns regarding cleanliness, bugs, mildew, mold, or the condition of the condo. Had these issues been brought to our attention, we would have gladly sent our cleaning and maintenance teams to inspect and address them immediately. Our goal is always to resolve concerns as soon as they are brought to our attention so that our guests can fully enjoy their stay. We strive to provide every guest with a positive experience and regret that we did not have the opportunity to address these concerns while you were at the property. We would be happy to speak with you further about your stay and discuss any concerns you may still have.

Quick retreat

Great pinehurst option!

Our first vrbo experience was a success! Clean, comfortable, simple decor. Very quiet at night, we had great night sleeps. Close to everywhere we needed to get in pinehurst and west end. Would stay again.
