Impeccably renovated 3-bedroom unit in the heart of Old Quebec, perched on an escarpment with unobstructed views of the port, river and mountains from your private balcony. Steps away from all the best attractions.

Located in an historic hotel converted into modern apartments, a great base from which to explore this wonderful city. This unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator to the unit.

Please note that there is no parking available on-site. However, we provide free underground parking for 1 car near the hotel, which is just a short 8-minute walk (approximately 500 meters) away. An access card is available in the unit for the parking facility, and please be aware that the height limit for vehicles is 1.85 meters.

The Perfect Christmastime Getaway

We had the most amazing time in Quebec City and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and centrally located. It was easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, the Chateau Frontenac, and the Christmas Markets. We truly felt it was the perfect location! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch in the mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Quebec!

Perfect Christmas Experience

We were excited to experience Quebec City during the holiday season. I was traveling with my two teenage children and family friends. This apartment was perfect! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and within walking distance to everything. We had such a wonderful time during our visit that we would love to come during the summer and we would absolutely want to stay here again.

Long weekend

The property was perfect for my husband and I and our two college age sons. Looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely go back!!!

Great place, poor communication

The apartment is attractive and well located. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because we sent an email to the manager when we first arrived and received no answer for the week we were there.

Beautiful apt with amazing views

We stayed in apt 4 which is a four story walk up with access to the bldg rooftop. Beautiful river views with plenty of space for three couples and an infant. The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice! It was a great apt in a wonderful location. Will come back again!

Great Location, Amazing Apartment

This was our first visit to Quebec City. We really enjoyed the space as it was very clean and well stocked if you were to cook there. The roof deck just outside of the apartment provides views of the hills and the river. I would recommend this property if you want to be near the city center. We used Taxis/Uber/Limo to see sights further away like the falls and the island. A great experience was had by all.

Quaint Apartment in QC

The location of this property is perfect if you are hoping to experience old QC, and be central to a variety of things to do and see. I highly recommend Apartment 4, as it had unique architectural features and a great view of the bay. We walked everywhere throughout the day and late at night; safety was never a concern. The parking garage included with your stay is a short walk away. Communication with the property owner was prompt and polite. We would return to QC and stay here again.

Fantastic location

I arranged this vacation with my family (adult children and spouses). The location was perfect. The property was large enough for all of us and was very clean. Having 2 bathrooms for all of us worked very well. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, the restaurants are all very good. There is a lovely deck to sit on and watch the sunset. We had never been to Quebec City. The old town was simply charming. This property was a short walk to everything. The unloading of the car was a little tricky as there was construction in the area.

Birthday Bash, Bonhomme Bust

The property delivered. Location was great, both lower and upper town easily accessible. We had everything we needed. The renovations for an older property were thoughtfully completed, would stay again. We came to celebrate my sisters birthday and had a great time. Quebec City is always wonderful. Sadly, the Winter Carnival succumbed to the lack of winter weather. The lack of snow did not make it seem so festive, but on the flip side it made walking a breeze. If your looking for room to spread out a bit, this place gave enough. One downside, the stairs, which for us was a blessing, we got in our steps to burn off all our delicious food and drink.

Awesome location ~ great for families

This place is fantastic! The pictures depict exactly how the property is in real life. We enjoyed having three bedrooms to spread out and allow little ones to go to sleep before everyone else. It was also nice to have the entryway for wet shoes and coats. We absolutely loved the location and walked to everything in the old city. We did have a rental car and utilized the parking spot. It was a spacious garage with always plenty of spots. It was also nice that it was heated. We didn’t mind that it wasn’t on site, since it was only about a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. We absolutely loved staying here and would stay here again if we came back! As others have noted, it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, so be prepared to do some stairs to get in.

Great spot for our family of 5!

We took our first trip to QC with our three children and this apartment was perfect for us. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The space was great for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed. The kids loved the deck, especially the Tuesday and Thursday nights (I think only in the summer) when we watched the fireworks over the St. Lawrence. The location was great - quiet at night but walkable to everything, including cafes, riverboats and restaurants. We weren’t able to park in the parking garage due to our car-top carrier but the property owner was very helpful in suggesting other parking locations suitable for our car. Certainly beware of the fact that there is no elevator in the building, but it is stated clearly in the listing, and the 5 of us were fine with it. Overall a great experience in QC and with this property/property owner and cannot wait to come back again!

Our Quebec gang trip

My wife and I decided to take our grand daughter to her summer course at La Pocatiere Québec. So why not take our grand daughters sister and cousins as well and visit Quebec City on the way. We could not have picked a better location. Beautiful views, inside the walled city, clean, and comes complete with coffee in the morning. Underground parking was free and close by. We Couldn’t hear other tenant., we could walk to all the city offers from the changing of the guards at the citidel to buskers on the Hotel Frontenac board walk. Our grand daughter will always remember the great trip to Quebec City with granny and grandpa thanks to our accommodations. I recommend this location to anyone needing more than one room, it was like being at home. So all we concentrated on was visiting sights and Old Quebec City. Thanks
