Located on the Alsace Wine Route in the heart of Rouffach, our gîte is close to all amenities (shops 5 minutes away and the train station a 15-minute walk). Colmar is a 15-minute drive away (Christmas festivities, Little Venice, and the Unterlinden Museum), and you'll find two of France's most beautiful villages nearby (Eguisheim, 10 minutes by car, and Kaysersberg, 30 minutes). The gîte is situated in a quiet location in the center of Rouffach. It comprises two master bedrooms, a large living room (20 m²), and a 10 m² kitchen area opening onto the terrace with a view of the swimming pool.

Both bedrooms are furnished with 160 x 200 cm beds. The first bedroom has an open-plan, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Linens (towels, bathrobes, and sheets) are provided.

The kitchen has storage units for 6 people and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.

Outside, there is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and sun loungers. The terrace is furnished with a barbecue, table, and chairs. A high chair for babies is available upon request. Wi-Fi access and reversible air conditioning are provided.

There is no washing machine in the cottage. A laundromat is a 3-minute drive away.

A private, enclosed garage is available for two cars.

The jacuzzi is available from October to May.

The swimming pool is heated in the summer, from June until the end of September. (Dates subject to change depending on the weather.)
The pool is approximately 1.70m to 1.80m deep and is entirely private. The cottage is accessed via a garage converted into a reception area and a narrow corridor.
