Located in a privileged position, in the immediate vicinity of beaches, the GR34 coastal path and shops, this large semi-detached house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It benefits from a pleasant sea view and a vast enclosed garden of 500 m², ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation with family or friends.

From the entrance, you will discover a beautiful bright living space of 50 m² comprising a fully equipped open kitchen with hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker and toaster. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The lounge, warm and welcoming, is furnished with two sofas and rattan armchairs. A large three-panel bay window opens onto the garden and brings beautiful light throughout the day.

Outside, a wooden terrace of 30 m² invites you to enjoy the fine weather. It is equipped with a table, six armchairs and a barbecue, offering an ideal setting for outdoor meals.

The ground floor also includes a first bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and a very large dressing room, as well as a spacious bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Upstairs, a second lounge furnished with a corner sofa and rattan armchairs offers an additional relaxation space. A bay window provides access to a balcony-terrace with a magnificent unobstructed view of the sea and Kermorvan point.

This level also welcomes a second bedroom with double bed and direct access to the balcony-terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea view.

The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm. A second bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet completes the floor.

Finally, the house has a utility room equipped with a washing machine, a large refrigerator and everything needed to facilitate your stay.

Le Conquet and its surroundings offer many activities, the house is located:

- 800 m from the fishing port and embarkation point, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.

- 900 m from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday morning.

- 200 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 600 m from Portez fine sand beach.
