This independent apartment of about 40 m² is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover the riches of the Puy-de-Dôme, enjoy nature or stay near Clermont-Ferrand.

The accommodation includes a separate bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, as well as a pleasant living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. You will also have a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a laundry area equipped with washing machine, iron, drying rack. In short, all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bed, the sofa bed and a foldable bed for one person, available on request. For families travelling with a young child, a travel cot and childcare equipment can also be made available free of charge.

The lake of La Cassière is only 1 km away: you can easily get there to walk, enjoy the natural surroundings and treat yourself to a pleasant moment of relaxation by the water. The lake of Aydat is also located nearby and offers many possibilities for leisure, walks and outdoor activities in a preserved environment.

Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can explore the many trails of Saint-Genès-Champanelle and the Chaîne des Puys. The Puy de Dôme is easily accessible, whether you want to reach its summit on foot or take the Panoramique des Dômes. You can also discover Vulcania, explore the volcanic landscapes, visit the typical villages of the region or attend the events organized on the Charade circuit.
