7 bedroom 4.5 bath waterfront home located in the highly desired Emerald Island resort close to Disney and Universal Studios. The ground floor of this villa is an open concept with a living area featuring a 65" Smart 4k tv. The granite countertop kitchen boasts all new 2022 stainless appliances. Both open up to a covered lanai with a fully enclosed screened in hot tub/pool. Relax with south facing views of the water and animal rich conservation lands. This villa is fully air conditioned with Free WiFi and a game room(Foosball Table, billiards, and pac man arcade). Emerald Island Resort is a gated community with many included activities. Enjoy the community pool and hot tub with full service bar. There is also mini golf, basketball, tennis, volleyball and an 11 acre nature walk available for all guests to enjoy. Uber/lyft, Amazon prime, food and other delivery services are available within the resort.

Emerald island resort is a 24 hour security gated community with 2 heated pools, sauna, Tiki-bar, free wifi, fitness center, mini golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts and 3 playgrounds. Nestled in the heart of the community is 11 acres of natural woodland with a pavement winding through it.

The fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

Other things to note

Pool/Spa Heat
If guests paid for pool/spa heat the pool heater will be programmed between 85- 86 degrees. The pool/spa’s water temperature is maintained by a heat pump heater that will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. The colder the outdoor temperature is, the less efficient the pool/spa will heat. The pool may be cool in the mornings as the heater can not run 24/7 so it is off overnight. If guests don’t pay for pool/spa heat, the spa will not be heated as they are both heated by the same unit. Use of spa jets can be turned on with timer dial on the exterior wall of the house closest to the spa.


RESORT AMENITIES: Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tiki-bar, internet, fitness center, mini golf, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, 3 playgrounds The Resort has two pools available for use, one at the Clubhouse and the other in the Phase II section. They are generally open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Everything went seamlessly. OK property management team was fast to respond and correct any issues that arise overall, very happy with our stay. We enjoyed ourselves pool area was very private which we loved will be booking again

Fantastic getaway!

This house was spotless with tons of room for family. The heated pool/hot tub combo was nice to relax in. The Disney parks were maybe 20 minutes away and there were tons of places to eat in between! Will definitely be coming back!

We stay every year in emerald island since 2013.. it’s our fave resort. House is beautiful.. it was clean but I did have to clean fridge handles, table and sweep floor under table . I didn’t like that washer was leaking and we didn’t know it was waiting on a part… had to mop floor every time we washed clothes. Minor details! Overall mngr was awesome to deal with house is beautiful, pool was nice and we would def rent this home again…

Great Home and Experience

We have booked numerous homes over the past 10 years and have finally found one we'd like to keep booking annually. We were a smaller group and this is definitely more house than we needed but it was everything we wanted. We were looking for a south facing pool and this was as advertised while other listings were deceiving when describing the pool. Bill is very responsive with anything we needed, usually within minutes, everything important seemed to be controlled remotely and was taken care of immediately. We asked for an early check in the day of for certain reasons and he made it happen, we had flight delays the day of departure and he was ok with a later check out. Just a couple examples of how accommodating Bill is. The house has everything you need, great location in a gated community, close to Disney and everything else. The house was very clean, floors were not sticky as experienced in other homes. Overall a great place to stay and excited to stay again. Thanks for everything and the kids cannot wait to stay again.

Cotman Family Vacation July / 6-14/ 2024

We checked in on the sixth slight problem checking in not the fault of the property manager. Stayed for 7 days, Great vacation area congested ( tourist trap 🙂 ) The king-size bedroom upstairs bathroom water drains very very slow in the shower, if its still running out slow it hasn’t been taking care of. We started taking showers in other bathrooms. Make sure you put all your trash in trash bags they pick up daily, do not put trash in the can unless it is in a trash bag. the family before didn't use any trash bags and the trash is still there, I did notifiy Mr. Williams to let him know the trash was in the can I complied. NOW the only negative complaint that we as a family had was, after a long day in the parks come home to the pool go swimming, eat a nice meal and then go in your rooms to chill out and watch some tube. ALL THE TV’S are 27” or SMALLER even the kids were complaining, for the amount of money that you spend for your vacation at least a 46” TV Otherwise great time wifi is very weak, 1- 11/2 bars. Once you get out of Emerald bay you will get 4 or 5 bars. Go to Fun-Spot

Within two minutes of your arrival, I was notified that a wrong code was entered multiple times at the door. I checked the camera and spoke to you. I then unlock the door remotely and reminded you, it was the last four digits of your phone number. I do apologize for the slow drain. My property manager did come out to take care of that Also, the Wi-Fi works very well. I think you’re referring to your personal cell service and not the house WiFi.

Short notice, great vacation!!!!!!

We were going to have to cancel, and after we cancelled the trip (for the same dates) 24hrs later we were able to go again to Disney. I contacted to Bill ( home owner) the dates were still available and he was nice enough to allow the new listing discount that I originally had when booking over 3 months ago. The home was as described, we all enjoyed the pool on our days not going to the parks, and the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings. I would stay again.

Beautiful 7 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with an amazing view of the water and conservation area teaming with wildlife. It has a living room area which is great for socializing in addition to a dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The heated pool with spa faces the south so you can see the sun from sunrise to sunset. It has a large pool deck with plenty of loungers, seats, and tables. There is a lot of room to sit back and relax, take a dip in the pool to cool off, or enjoy the peaceful lake and surrounding conservation area. The pool area has a child safety fence and alarm on the patio door.
