Place was great. Be aware that if the house sleeps 8, that’s all you can have there regardless if they are there for a family gathering and then leave. My only negative.

perfect place for a group!

We loved our stay here! We were a group of 4 friends coming from Memphis, Richmond, Baltimore, and Queens, and this house was perfect for our group. We loved being so close to the lake and a small park overlooking the water, and we really enjoyed chatting with the neighbors we saw while out for walks. The house itself was equipped with everything we needed, and we definitely recommend booking here.

Perfect Place

Premier Properties is so easy, and so professional, to work with. The property I rented couldn't have been any nicer. The location was great, the neighborhood was lovely. I look forward to my next visit, and will only book with Premier!

Adorable little getaway

Super cute and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood with sight lines to the water. The photos online really don’t do it justice- very beautifully remodeled and much more spacious than it seems in pictures. Comfortably sleeps 8 and stocked with all the necessities. The management was very communicative and promptly helped us figure out the touch less kitchen sink that we thought wasn’t working… really nice features in the home, beautiful bathrooms and a nice outdoor fire pit spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Would absolutely stay again!

Canandaigua Lake stay

Four friends together for a reunion weekend! We had booked a place near the lake. I was contacted the day of arrival that we would be moved to a different home due to water damage at the house we booked. The rental we moved to was very nice and had excellent views of the lake and a hot tub! Small hiccup in the weekend but Jen at Premier Properties was great to deal with and everyone had a great weekend!

Property overview

We had a leaking refrigerator which we reported. There was no icemaker so we had to buy bags of ice. There was no regular coffeemaker. Condiments were not stocked. Working the AC thermostat was rather puzzling since no instructions were left. The "welcome" basket was paltry; not even a complimentary Finger Lakes wine was provided. There were no local brochures for us to browse when trying to decide on places to visit.

Thank you very much for taking the time to rate your experience at our rental. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us for training purposes to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. The Fridge was leaking because the freezer is not being shut all the way, allowing ice to build up. We have started posting signs at the property to remind guests that they need to shut the door hard in order for it to stay shut. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

Home was beautiful. However we booked thinking there was a hot tub. In the VRBO ad it stated soak and relax in the top rated hot tub. Also, when speaking with numerous other renters in the immediate area, we paid almost triple of what those homes were going for. The home is in good shape, but you could tell remodeling was done on the home only to rent it out. There’s nails sticking up through the laminate tile floor. Tiles that are separated. Drywall spackling that is starting to lift. The dryer did not dry clothes at all. All in all we would come back to the area, but I would not pay the price again for this house.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you found the home beautiful, though we’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We understand how disappointing it would be to anticipate a hot tub based on the VRBO advertisement and arrive to find otherwise. We also appreciate you bringing the flooring and dryer concerns to our attention so they can be reviewed with the appropriate teams. Guest feedback is important to us as we work to provide comfortable, memorable stays throughout the Finger Lakes. We’re glad to hear you would return to the area and hope we have the opportunity to welcome you to another Finger Lakes Premier Properties home in the future.
