Awesome stay!

Very quiet neighborhood conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within reasonable travel time. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The property was exactly as pictured. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Convenient Location

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. The house is located in an older neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues from any neighbors. The house has been updated inside like the listing said. We only had a few minor issues, but the owner was quick to respond. We enjoyed having space to stretch out, and the location was within 25-45 minutes of most the attractions that we did.That was very nice!.

Quiet Location

We had a nice stay quiet neighborhood wasn't far from stadium, which our trip was a game. The house was cozy and clean. I recommend a storm door or screen door, because when you open the door, anything can come in. Also, clean linen for sofa bed but all in everything was exceptional from the accuracy online listing.

Very nice and comfortable

The place was very nice and comfortable and very well stocked. The beds were great and each had its own tv which was great. The outside could use a change of paint to match the modern look of the inside but thats an easy fix. My only complaint is that we were charged $50 for accidentally breaking 2 $2 cups. I understand that it was our damage but $50 was just excessive.

Short Stay before getting on a cruise

Our family of 6 (2 seniors, 2 kids and 2 adults) enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The home was clean and had almost everything we needed. I didn't notice when booking that there was no dishwasher, we couldn't find the dishcloths to dry the dishes, but paper towel was available. The Owner was quick to respond to any inquiries. We got in after midnight and had no issues accessing the property. Overall this property fit the bill and worked for us.

A Gem in Miami Gardens, 5/5 Rating!

The advertisement of this home is exactly what you get and much more. Truly a 5/5 Rating. Commutation with the manager (Isaiah Johnson) was always timely, professional and customer friendly. The home is clean, very well maintained. The amenities, towels, bedding etccc compares or exceeded any extended stay hotels. The size of home was perfect for 5 adults and 1 infant. The outside well maintained and comfortable to sit outside. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Overall 5/5 rating for this VRBO. My family will be repeat guest. Thank you for a great home away stay.

Beautiful home, great location and impeccable service!

LOCATION: The property location was great for us. Our son attends FMU and the house was only 9 minutes from him and 5 minutes from my in-laws. Perfect place to stay if your visiting the Dolphins Stadium, students at Florida Memorial University and many more! THE HOME: WhEn we first walked in we felt like we were home. The decor was beautiful. You couldn’t tell it was a rehabbed property. So immaculate, spacious and inviting. THE SERVICE: Isaiah was amazing! He had everything together before our arrival. He checked in to make sure we were ok but never went overboard. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend you contact Isaiah today

Disappointed

Host was great to work with. So many downsides. Says sleeps 10. 8 dinner plates, 4 small plates, 4 coffee mugs, both toilets were wobbly, thermostat didn’t hold temperature. Bar stools unstable, no Hot plates/pads, fan in bedroom doesn’t work, 1 dish towel & 1 dish cloth is not enough without a dishwasher, towel rack in 2nd bath gone, no tv instructions, cookie sheet doesn’t fit in oven, ants, blinds don’t close all the way,Master bedroom tank is leaking slowly. Only glass bowl has chip in it.

Thank you for your feedback, . I appreciate you acknowledging that I was great to work with — it’s always my goal to be responsive and helpful. However every time you reached out I made sure to accommodate you with every issue you had. Also you were a difficult guest to work with. You complained about every minor detail and I had it resolved each time. You also mentioned to me you had a great stay and didn't have any issues but yet you wrote something completely different on your review. Also the issues you all mentioned are very minor and easily replaceable. You could have mentioned some of these issues privately and it would have been addressed but I guess you felt the need to publicly hurt me and also try to hurt my business. Its guests like yourself that I wish stayed somewhere else. However I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. I take guest feedback seriously and have already addressed many of the concerns you mentioned, including replacing the dinnerware, stabilizing the bar stools and the toilets were resealed, and The master bedroom fan does work. You just have to turn it on with the smart remote. I also had Plumbling come to the property and they didn’t find any leaks that you mentioned. I’ve also added additional kitchen items, towels, and provided clearer instructions for the TV. Also we thoroughly cleaned the house and we didn’t see any ants in the house as pest control comes out once a month so not sure what you saw there. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your visit. Your input helps me continue improving the space for future guests.

Doesn't deserve a rating but since you keep asking here you go.

We didn't stay they had a power outage. But i thought it was strange that the owner of the property never gave me the check in information. I didn't hear from him til the day of. I felt like he spent me the entire day from 10am that day til 6pm that evening. We wasted an entire day driving around with no place to go. As for Vrbo i will never use this ...company again. .. be very careful with this company as they will leave you hanging out to dry. Very disturbing.

Sorry you didn’t get a chance to stay at the property. Unfortunately there was a power outage in the entire neighborhood and the power wasn’t restored until the next day. I was happy I was able to give you a full refund. We also communicated the entire day so you were in the loop. You would have enjoyed the home if you did get a chance to stay. Maybe next time!

Nicely Remodeled older home

The house is nicely renovated and in a seemingly safe neighborhood. I was part of a group of 4 ladies attending the Miami Open at the Hard Rock Stadium. The property is close to the Stadium so our Uber bill was reasonably inexpensive. (We rode the Brightline from Orlando so we didn't have a car. Side note: the Brightline was GREAT!!) I had to contact Isiah the day before our arrival to get the address & door code. The photos show water bottles provided in the fridge, but there weren't any. We couldn't find restaurants or grocery stores nearby to pick up essentials. The listing says shampoo, conditioner, etc is provided but it's a big bottle of men's 3 in 1, so you might want to bring your own. The home is clean and the bed in the primary bedroom is so comfy and the room is dark - great for sleeping. The deposit will not be refunded until after 2 weeks after your departure per Vrbo, not the renter.

Great place to stay

This house located in a quiet neighborhood was lovely and comfortable for our family of 6. The front door opens to a spacious living area with the connecting kitchen and dining area to the left being open, which was very nice for visiting with family. Between the two bars and table, it provides seating for 10. The kitchen is fairly large and pretty well supplied for preparing meals. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with appliances in great working order. To the right of the living area, off the hallway, are the bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms including the master. The privacy fence-enclosed back yard with patio and chairs was a great place for enjoying the outdoors. The only negative to be aware of is the sunken back part of the living area with a few inch step down. The two small caution signs on the edge are easy to miss and one can get thrown off balance (which some of us did without injury), but the elderly or disabled might want to avoid this. Isaiah was good with communication and even helped us several days after our stay to retrieve an item we'd left and return an item we'd accidentally taken. The beach is just under a 40 minute drive with normal traffic but can be almost two hours during rush hour. The Historic Miramar Aquatic Complex, that is very reasonably priced, was a nice 15 minute drive each way. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay closer to the airport or visit the beach and other attraction in the area.
