This modern tropical villa is located in the upscale neighborhood of Coral Estate in Curacao. It is built on a unique location with high elevation offering a spectacular view of the Caribbean Ocean and panoramic views of the Salina of St. Willibrordus. The Villa offers many luxury amenities with outdoor spaces that are perfect for nature lovers looking for a getaway. It is a 3 minute drive to the beach access/restaurants located within the resort. Resort is very secure with a gated entry and 24-7 security.

Close proximity to some of the beautiful beaches and diving spots Curacao has to offer.

Great places to eat, have a refreshing drink, watch the flamingos, visit local artists, go horseback riding or buy some groceries within 15 minutes by car.

The historic and world-famous city center of Willemstad, the recently opened Sambil International shopping center and one of the 3 golf courses the island has to offer are within 30 minutes by car.

The house offers lots of privacy and lets you enjoy the beautiful view whether you relax in the living room, cool down under the windy terrace, enjoy the sun on the deck or take a plunge in the pool.
You can enjoy the villa, garden and pool which offer a lot of privacy. The property lies on Coral Estate Beach Dive & Wellness Resort in a stunning natural environment. There is a beach which is part of the famous restaurant "Karakter". You can make use of the general pool with our bar & fine dining restaurant “Koraal".

For relaxation take a day to go to Spa "8 - the Experience". They offer treatments, massages and different saunas.
We would recommend you to rent a car which is done by most travelers in Curaçao.
That way you can easily explore the island (only 60 km in length) and get the most out of many activities, beaches and places to go and see. Coral Estate is located in the middle of the island and 20 minutes away from the airport.

Family stay

Our family of 5 stayed in Curacao for a week and the house was a great fit. The views are fantastic, the pool is wonderful, and the location is convenient to some of the beautiful beaches on the northwest coast. It’s a quieter location than compared to other places closer to Willemstad. Make sure to stop at the store and get food and bath items for the house. Great place and great time. I would recommend it for any family looking to come to Curacao.

Stunning views, beautiful home, overall excellent! Highly recommend.

We just can't say enough about our stay at Vila 1205 and our first visit to Curacao! Therese was highly responsive to our many questions and very helpful as planned for and went on our trip. The Coral Estates team was also excellent, very efficient and available. The house...well, let's just say we thought it was amazing! The design/layout was modern and clean, with the ability to open up the house (as the photos show) for maximum breeze throughout the day and evening. We found zero issue with bugs at night, never used bug spray (we were outside of the rainy season so I can't speak to that). The beds were very comfortable, and while we used the air conditioning at night (in line with owner's guidance), we were otherwise always very comfortable regarding temperatures, even when daytime highs hit the low 90 degree (F) range. The kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed, and we cooked most nights. The grill was clean and functioned perfectly. The living space was very comfortable - I thought we would use the smart TV more but really the house encourages you to be outside so much that we spent most of our evening time enjoying the stars and the view and reading books, listening to music (would recommend bringing a bluetooth speaker if you plan to enjoy music (at reasonable volumes!). Access to the resort was great, and the Curacao beaches left us speechless, electric blue water, amazing snorkeling, pigs, sea turtles, it was wonderful!

Curacao trip # 2

The property is amazing, a little issue with check in, as we were directed to the resort office instead of the rental office. would have liked to see more supplies, like paper towels, dish cloths, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, hand soap, trash bags and general cleaning supplies. The views are incredible, some construction below, but this also provided entertainment. The propane tank holder on the grill was mounted upside down, quick fix for me to do. Great location, with on property restaurants, local Groceries, beaches.

Our favorite place with amazing views!

This modern villa is one of the best places we have ever stayed at anywhere! We absolutely loved the private infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It has beautiful views from every room, is in a wonderful location, has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a great kitchen! The owners of the villa were staying in the private apartment downstairs the week we stayed there, and that was not a problem for us at all. The apartment has a private entrance and no access to the main villa. We met with them the day we got there and right before we left. They are very nice and helpful with recommendations for the area. When there was a wasp nest outside one of the bedrooms they quickly came to take it down! Also 2 of the 3 outdoor showers didn’t have cold water but they are aware and will have that fixed. We highly recommend renting this villa! The views in person are better than in the pictures!

Perfect Villa With A Perfect View

We just returned home from a week in this villa. Everything was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The pleasant breeze that flowed through the home kept the place cool without the need of air conditioning (although we did use it to sleep). The pool was refreshing and the amenities were as described. We cooked in a couple of evenings or got takeout. The bbq food truck nearby was excellent. We had coffee in the morning and pizza from the main hotel, and enjoyed cocktails at their ocean side restaurant. In the end we all felt that Coral Estates was definitely the place to stay. Centrally located to all the highlights on the island plus close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this area and villa.
