STADIUM-HOUSE FOR UP TO 21 PEOPLE 5 MINS METRO

My house is so beautiful and spacious , with a decoration made with a lot of love .Located in a great and safe neighborhood (Velodromo-Laureles) between the stadium and floresta Metro stations a centrally located Medellin neighborhood in a walking distance to many creature comforts for the modern day Paisa and traveler. This area has a perfect blend of traditional Colombian life and easy access to shopping plazas, malls, universities, markets, parks, cafes and restaurants .

The house is really nice and well equipped with all what you could need to enjoy the days in the city.
In the living room area you will find a big sofa ,chairs and puffs to talk and chill.A big kitchen also full equipped, refrigerator and washing machine to your disposal , a 100 MB internet speed that will let you work comfortably if it is the case.

There is a table in the dinning room with 4 chairs, however we got an extra big folding table with 6 more chairs but with 8 seats available that you can move to the kitchen or why not the terrace and have your breakfast in the middle of the natutal light of the sun ( make sure dont leave it too long exposed to the weather :)

My house has a lot of natural illumination and huge spaces ,upstairs you will find a terrace where take fresh air ,see the sky of the city during day and night time and if you have a car, we got a free garage to your disposal :)

The idea of my place is to make you feel at home therefore, all the warmness of the environment and decoration are designed to fulfill this purpose, we want you to enjoy a different kind of experiences the days you visit the city :)

You will really love the area, the neighboorhood is really safe and central just 5 and 10 minutes away from the Floresta and Estadio metro station respectively which makes a super easy task to move around the city.

Fifteen minutes away is also la 70 street full of bars and night clubs.The area is replete of restaurants, coffe shops and supermarkets , all what you could need to enjoy your days in the city.

13 minutes walking distance you will also find the Atanasio Girardot complex that features a massive athletic facility that’s open to the public upon registering and creating a reservation.

Take advantage of running tracks, swimming pools of many shapes and sizes, a skate park, soccer fields, basketball courts and more. Additionally, aerobics classes like Zumba, and even salsa, are offered in the evening for free!
