Just 2 blocks south of the house, you'll even see a Castle! Riverside has a whimsical vibe with several great restaurants and shops, such as Riverside Cafe, Song Bird Juice Company, and Cool Breeze Pizza. Several parks and museums are a short drive or walk away, including the Old Cowtown Museum, Botanica, the Wichita Art Museum, the Keeper of the Plains, Exploration Place, Sims Park and Riverside Park.

Guests have full access to the property. The basement is locked to guests and used for storage.

The house is centrally located so you can get anywhere in Wichita in 2- minutes or less.

There is no driveway or back yard. There is ample street parking.

The property is located just between 2 schools, so there is increased traffic between 3 and 4pm.
