The living area features new furniture, including a sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The dining area features seating for 4, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your guests.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with a Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests staying at Hilton Head Resorts have access to 6 tennis courts(lighted and first come first serve), sundeck, badminton(first come first serve), 2 outdoor pools, indoor recreation center with a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, 1/10th mile paved track, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool that is kept at 82F year-round. There is also a picnic area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, on site dining at The Beach Bear (pool side) with snacks, souvenirs, and beach toys.


Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
