- BEACH ACCESS: there are 2 beaches in the community, but only one is for guest access. Please utilize the beach that is next to the new infinity pool. You can rent chairs and umbrellas down at the beach or bring our beach chairs from the house. For directions: driving into the community, turn left after entering community and down on your left you will see the new infinity pool with the beach access walkway next to it! Please feel free to use the unloading/loading zone to drop off guests and supplies. Enjoy!!

NEW GAMEROOM includes arcade game, corn hole and a multifunctional game table with ping pong and pool!! (Please be advised as of June 2025 we have a work order to repair the arcade game- we apologize for the inconvenience)


There is also a private shuttle that will pick you right up at the house and take you to and from the beach. (**Please note: The shuttle is temporarily on a break)
However the community is very walkable and the community has allowed a temporary (15 minute) Loading/Unloading parking spaces near the beach entrance!

- PRIVATE POOL: Absolutely no glass in the pool area. Absolutely no unattended children

- BACKYARD: private backyard with a private pool, lounge chairs, Adirondack dining set, grill, and pool toys for the kids, string lights

- PARKING: 4 cars max. Parking passes will be handed out upon arrival at the security gate in the entrance of the community.

* Please note: RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted to the neighborhood. Storage facilities and local marinas are close by for your convenience so be sure to plan ahead*

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

- Quiet Hours: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (10pm-10am) are strictly enforced. The community of Destin Pointe requires QUIET TIME to be 10PM - 10AM for this residential property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

- Occupancy Limits: Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14 INDIVIDUALS, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host of $250. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave.

- Parties/ Events: Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

- Parking: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street. There is a fine for street parking.

- Age Limit: Must be 25 years or older to rent

Pool & Spa:
- The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED in each. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
- Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
- No running
- The pool will be professionally cleaned every Monday and Friday during the high season (March - September) and once a week on Mondays the rest of the year

REFUND POLICY:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
