The condo was wonderful! Very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again! The only "issue" was that it is listed as having a heated pool and the pool is not in fact, heated. Otherwise, a fantastic property.

Definitely recommend this property & if we return will stay here. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in, lots of towels, full size washer & dryer. Extremely clean, spacious closets. View is spectacular. Wonderful grocery store directly across the street - walking distance, restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, walking distance too. I’d say it was the best condo in this complex & the best VRBO we have stayed in.
View out of the condo.

The place was clean and comfortable and had nice amenities. This was a great place for a family of 4. Walkable to a nice grocery store Clarks and to a great coffee shop Firecreek Coffee. The French press was great (included a kurig coffee pot also but FP is always a better brew). Forgot to use the Red Rock parking pass, which is a nice added touch. The hot tub was extra hot.

Great location for exploring the Sedona area. We did a lot of hiking and it was a clean, comfy place to come back to at night. Walk to coffee, across the street to the grocery and quick drive to some trailheads.

This condo was very clean, well furnished, and had a nice location. Overall it was a really great stay! Would recommend some kitchen basics like ziplocks and Tupperware. I was frustrated by the steep fees for early check in or late check out - they charge 100 for the convenience of checking in one hour early. Covered parking was not available during our stay because the owners were using it.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad the condo’s cleanliness, furnishings, and location met your expectations. We provide early check-in and late check-out as an option for a fee because these properties require extra preparation and care between guests, unlike hotels. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding kitchen basics and will consider them for future stays. Covered parking availability can vary due to owner use, but we appreciate your understanding. We’d love to host you again in the future.

Great experience

We had a great stay at this condo, close to lots of great restaurants and Bell rock, not too far from Sedona. The house was very clean and the management company was very responsive even when we arrived late the first night and had some issues finding our parking spot. The bed was really comfy in the master which is really important to us. Highly recommend!
