An unforgettable trip to the Cape awaits you at this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Dennis. Enjoy your vacation in the wonderful neighborhood perfectly located on the bay in mid-cape. Enjoy exclusive access to the beautiful private beach, just steps away. On the cape's north side between Corporation and Mayflower Beaches, your group will have plenty of room to spread out in this home and enjoy the days. The home is great for your multi-generational vacation or you golfing group with many of the best courses just minutes away. Board games in the great room, shoot pool in the game room (with wet bar) or a movie on one of the five TVs! And after a day of enjoying the gorgeous beach; relaxing in the private backyard, biking, hiking, fishing or shopping, you can wind down around the cozy firepit.
If you want to venture out, you will find, shops, restaurants, a bakery, Ice cream shops, an art museum, live theater, and movies in an historic cinema, all in walking distance! The nearby area known as Dennis Village offers the historic Cape Cod Playhouse as well as weekly band concerts on the Village Green and will show you charming Cape Cod at its finest. Further along the cape there is much to experience and explore all the way up to Provincetown.

The house was beautiful and well equipped. The location was excellent for families. It had a large yard and numerous outdoor toys. A slight problem with a window a/c unit was taken care of quickly by the hosts. The nearby beach did have steep stairs but a nice bench at the top for the older folks to sit and watch. Everyone else loved it for ending their evenings.

Lovely stay in cape cod!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It accommodated our large group well, was a short walk to the beach, and had great amenities. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Wonderful beach house with plenty of space to spread out

We had a great stay! The host Debbie was friendly, attentive and proactive to ensure a great experience. The house was just as listed and had all the essentials plus more, exceeding our expectations. We were a group of “framily” - 4 couples and a total of 6 children between us. We each had our own space and we appreciated how much common space there was to spread out and enjoy. We never felt cramped. There was also plenty of table space to enjoy meals together, play games and work on puzzles throughout the week. The backyard was an oasis and fun: relax in the hammock, swing on the tree swing or choose a lawn game: horse shoes, bocce, cornhole and more. The garage stores everything to make your trip to the beach easy: chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler and bikes, even a bonus fridge and freezer! A short walk thru the quiet neighborhood gets you to the private beach - a true gem. Just be sure to check the tide schedule as the water does come all the way up to the rocks at high tide. This added some excitement. We enjoyed our time there at both low and high tides (and in between). Everyone in our group agreed the house was great. We’d love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

60th Wedding Anniversary

This was a surprise trip for our parent’s 60th Wedding Anniversary. The check in and arrival process was very easy. The house is clean, spacious and well appointed. With a large group, we enjoyed most meals at home. The house has two refrigerators and an additional small freezer. The house has plenty of dishes, serving bowls and utensils. There are three large dining room tables. The back yard had a nice seating area as well. The house is a 5 minute walk to the private beach. Sunrise and sunsets are spectacular. The house is within walking distance of a local market but also in a nice location to access other towns. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great vacation and helping with our surprise!

Wonderful and spacious family home on the Cape

The house was what we had hoped for, but ended up being well above expectations. It was a large family home which made us feel like we were at home. It was extremely comfortable for our family of 13 with room to spare. The house is very clean and absolutely well maintained. It is a 5 minute walk to a private beach and located in Dennis walking distance to the small village area. The location is so very convenient to reaching out and visiting the other interesting towns and events on the cape. The owners were very conscientious in making sure we were comfortable and they were proactive and responsive to all of our needs and questions. The house and the owners made our vacation a wonderful experience. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!

My groomsmen and I stayed here for 3 nights. Plenty of space for all of us and a great basement and outdoor setup. Awesome location as well!

This house is perfect for a large group! It has everything you need and then some!!!

This property is amazing!! I was there with a group of friends for a golf get-away and it met all of our needs. The golf courses were close as was restaurants and grocery stores. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we also enjoyed playing pool and horse shoes! Kudos to the owners for paying attention to details!!!! Hoping to go back next year!!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a really lovely stay at this property and the owners were wonderful to work with - attentive, friendly, accommodating and very prompt replies. The only mark against a straight 5 star review was that the house was not ready upon our arrival. Our check in was delayed by about 45 minutes due to the cleaners arriving late which was out of the owners control. We had cars full of kiddos between the ages of 9 months and 8 years old raring to get out and explore so we were able to hang in the backyard until things inside were ready for us. But again, this wasn't really something the owners could control. Beautiful neighborhood, beaches can't be beat and house was well appointed. All things considered, five star stay!

AMAZING house and location

We had a blast staying at this beach house. Plenty of rooms and the basement pool table and bar was great to escape the kiddos ;) Awesome private beach walking distance. It had everything we needed. Fun backyard activities. The owners a super friendly!!! I will defiantly want to rent again!!!

Cape Cod Vacation House

An excellent place to stay for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation with a large family. Plenty of room, close to the beach, large yard, and located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Most everything you need to enjoy vacation is supplied in the house. Owners very responsive and friendly.

Great family retreat

Highlights: Outdoor shower was spacious, private, and clean. Enclosed dining area was perfect and used almost every meal - the fresh outdoor air but no bugs! Good separation of spaces for when people need their own space. Back yard - great place for kids to run around. Fire area is a big plus. Hammock =) Downsides are as described -- aircons instead of central requires a bit more fine-tuning. The beach at high tide is non-existent. Just be ready and watch the tides - not a large deal, but pay attention!

Absolutely Perfect

The house was perfect for our large group. The bonus room downstairs was the central gathering point for the kids. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The owners were lovely and very responsive. We hope to come back next year!

Great place for a family vacation

My family and my brother’s family spent a week there- 11 of us total, 4 parents and kids from ages 12-23. The house was great- very clean and well maintained, plenty of space, great location and a beautiful beach. The pool table in the basement provided hours of fun in the evenings- I hadn’t realized how much that feature would add to the stay! Also the fenced back yard is lovely- the hammock and fire table both got use, and the grill works well. Debbie, the contact person for the family, was great- answered any questions or concerns right away. We loved it!

Magical Weekend

The house was everything we were hoping for and more. Clean and spacious with a very nice outdoor area that has a hammock, grill, and fire pit. The neighborhood is very nice and the beautiful, private beach is a 3-5 min walk away. We were 14 adults ranging from 24-30 years old. For many years we've had a tradition where we go somewhere together for Memorial Weekend.It's usually the mountains, but this time we decided on Cape Cod and this place was perfect. It was also only an hour drive from Provincetown where we went for lunch on one of the days. I wholeheartedly recommend this house for a group of people looking to spend some time in the Cape.
